I originally found 7 Services through Angies List in 2012 when they replaced my outdoor compressor for my heat pump. I gave them a five star review for that work. Since I have a split system with the evaporator & blower in the attic, I failed to realized that I should have replaced that equipment as well. Consequently, I failed to notice any dollar savings and only modest improvement in the air conditioning performance. I have a service contract with them, and periodically have called them to fix a problem with the equipment in the attic. They are amazingly responsive — always showing up either the day of the call or at worst the next day. Recently, I called them after another issue with the old equipment in the attic and they gave me a great price to replace it all, including the gas furnace. They arrived on time and installed it the same day without a hitch. I had one minor issue with the compressor stopping and they fixed that too. I am amazed at how well the system performs. Before, I would have the thermostat set at 71 and on a hot day would be lucky to keep it below 80. Now it stays right at 71 degrees inside, no matter how hot it is outside. I am thrilled!

Our neighbors used 7 services when they need a new HVAC system and were well pleased so we did the same about 4 years ago. Very impressed with their quality of work, knowledge and integrity. The yearly tune up has kept our system in fine running shape. Very nice technicians too. I would highly recommend them without reservation. You will not regret using 7 Services.

When our heating system crapped out last year, we shopped around with several companies, This was the group we ended up going with, and we’re really pretty happy with them. Why?
–They really seemed to know what they were talking, moreso than some of the other people we spoke with. They found some (very valid) problems with our ductwork, for example. .. some people that came by didn’t really look under the house.
–Once we agreed to use them, they set up the installation really quickly. .. nice, considering it was getting cold.
–When a temperature sensor got a little wonky, they sent someone out twice, very promptly, for free, and were apologetic about it.
–First check-​up for free!
All in all, I’d definitely use these guys again.
