My nails were good, not the best I’ve ever had but not the worst either. But the main reason I gave this place only one star is because after entering I immediately wanted to leave.
It was like entering a sweat shop. They had way to many people waiting, they ran out of chairs and stations for the customers. Halfway through my manicure they made me and my nail technician move to the front desk because they needed they table for acrylics!
I get my nails done to not only have them look nice but to also get some pampering. This place DOES NOT give customers even the hint of pampering, it was like I was cattle going through the shoot.
