I don’t like negative reviews but this place is awful. I make regular returns of online items and it is always a hassle. It’s partially the partnership they have with Land’s End but a large part of it is Sears. I’m standing at a customer service counter with four cashiers and two working registers. The store is severely dated and difficult to navigate from department to department. When we order online and do store pickup, orders can get lost and take forever to find. The workers have also been known to turn off the computer that promised your items in under five minutes once it exceeds five minutes finding your items. Overall, an abysmal location that has a monopoly on folks who shop at Sears. If you can, make the trip to Deptford or elsewhere. You’ll find a better selection and perhaps better overall service.

I buy my tools here craftsman. Other than that nothing else. I think the idea of sears is over. Or at least for this place. Ive only been here twice in the past year. Each time had to wait to ask a question. Actually several people were waiting. Anyways, nothing more. I just like the tools. Im sure there are other brands better but i only need them for sporadic use.

After shopping in Sears since the 60’s– this is an example of a store that is not only lost in the 50’s, but should have been CLOSED a long long long time ago. Rude, indifferent sales staff, Nothing much to look at, store is always almost empty except for a few Vineland residents. Most«departments» are the size of a postage stamp, and I cannot imagine why it’s still open unless it’s to cater to the population of Vineland. Sad indeed. No wonder Sears and K Mart are thisclose to closing.

Quite possibly the world’s WORST Sears. If you ignore my warnings and are simple enough to bother with this place, you will swear the second you step foot in this place that you’ve been sucked 50 years back in time. This store is so incredibly dated, you won’t believe your eyes. In fact, now that I think about it, I WANT you to check out this store because you have to see it to believe it. This is truly the store that time forgot. I can’t believe it’s still in business… I have NOIDEA who actually shops there. But clearly Corporate decided to abandon this location decades ago, but somehow the store just refuses to die. I’ve always assumed the entire chain was horrible. But recently I visited Sears in Alaska, of all places, and was amazed at how awesome it was. I had no idea that Sears was capable of being so relevant. Clearly, there is something very, very wrong here.
