I got spammed!

This company is on the east coast, and I am all the way across the country. When I got a spam email to my personal address, I immediately called and requested to be removed from their list — and also to find out where/​how they got my address. Actually, it was quite a pleasant conversation with Trish. She assured me my privacy would be respected.

I never got that call back. However, five days later, I got TWO more spams to other private addresses at my domain. So instead of getting my domain removed from their list, they’re attacking even harder. How rude!

I called Trish again and she told me she forwarded my info to «the IT department». When I asked for the name of the person in that department, she told me it is the owner, Craig Parrish. I’ve asked for another call back. She said his presence is unpredictable, but I should hear back today. He did not return my call.

I spoke to her again today. She sounded a little annoyed, but assured me she’s give Craig the message although he was away from his desk at the moment, back in the «wood shop» where there is no phone.

Trish left another message for him, but hung up before I could give her my phone number.

Trish transferred me to Craig’s voicemail. I left another (polite) message with my phone number. I want to know where they got my information.
11÷02÷15 Monday, I did not call
11÷03÷15 Left a VM for Craig. No response.
11÷04÷15 No response.
11÷05÷15 Mid day, no person answered. Left a VM in the «general mailbox».

I asked for Craig again, Trish said that he would NOT return my call. She said that Craig has «researched» the source of my spams and that someone «subscribed» me to their list. However, the emails they sent are to my private, administrative and NEVER published anywhere addresses. It would be easier for someone to guess someone’s phone number than guess these addresses. So it is not possible for someone to have guessed my addresses and subscribed me.
She also mentioned annoyance of my ‘threats’. However, note that there are no threats, only accounting of the facts.
