Friendly’s

I wouldn’t even consider this place to be a 1 star restaurant! Every single time I go in there I leave heated! I work in the mall and I am litterly 2 feet away from this place. I walk up to the front to place an order and see all the workers sitting in the booths closest to the back just staring at me until someone comes up to finally take my order. Some guy walked up and said hi how are you? And they walked away without even taking my order! Then a young cashier walks up and was obviously new and asks what do you want? Are you serious that’s how she asked me what I wanted to order. I told her I want a large cotton candy soda. Then another co worker walks up and was being really rude to her in front of me telling her what she was doing wrong and then asked me what I wanted and said again a large cotton candy soda. I order it all time. The worker who was helping the new girl says we don’t sell it in a large only a kids size. And I said I order it all the time what do you mean? She walks to the back with the group of workers in the booths and asks them and I’m waiting 5 minutes while they all turn around and are staring at me. Then my cashier suddenly disappears… Finally a manager walks up and asks me what I would like to order and I said a large cotton candy soda. She typed it in really fast and made my drink and the other girl was like Oh My God! How did you do that?!? This place is so unprofessional and is an absolute zoo! Every time I come here no one knows what they are doing. They have a sign that says they can make any type of milk shake with any flavor you can think of I told my boyfriend to order me a Creamsicle shake and he came back and said they don’t sell them… He went back to order something else and it was a different cashier so he asked if they make Creamsicle shakes and the cashier said yes coming right up. Are you kidding me?!? This place is a joke

I lived in Massachusetts for a few years where there is a Friendly’s in every town. I grew to like strawberry Fribbles. I still like them.
But the food is lacking. Frozen prepared food seems to be all one can get out anymore and I resent it. I do not like dining here and much prefer Luca’s Pizza a mere few steps across the corridor.
Unless one is only looking for an ice cream or a shake, I do not recommend this place.
