Have gotten many phones here. First time I went was do to getting a phone elsewhere and it wasn’t set up right. They fixed it fast and since then I get all phones here. Friendly people and no pressure.

I have been to another at&t store located in the vineland area where it seemed as though customer service wasn’t a priority. However as soon as I entered this location I was greeted by the smiling face and bubbly personality of a sales girl named Stephanie. She was able to help me troubleshoot the problems I was having with my Galaxy S5 as well as help me get a helluva deal on a new LG tablet. After dealing with her friendly professional attitude I won’t be going to another store anytime soon. It didn’t hurt that she was extremely attractive. These guys have a successful business model down pat. Pleasant people who are pleasant to look at pleasantly helping to find solutions to your problem. 5 stars.

I had the opportunity to work with two outstanding representatives who were very helpful, Jose and mostly Jason. I want to especially thank Jason who when I encountered problems (self-inflicted), he came to the rescue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved, he even took the time to deliver me a product on his way home from work! I HIGHLY recommend this facilities and these reps for any and all communication needs!
