5 star Customer service 5 star selection 5 star sales! As a 46 year old woman I do my best to stay somewhat trendy yet keeping my style… without Pink Laundry, I would be lost! Love this place!

this store is horrific. 90% of the stuff sold here is sold at laurenly. real original right? received no help whatsoever. the two bimbos working here were too busy socializing to help anyone. please try to hire not fake people the iq of a rock. one of the girls jenna i think her name is. she bounces around working at all these places. i guess paying $ 8 an hour to work in these places they dont offer help. the assessories here are drab. i wanted a couple of things here but $ 200 for a little summer dress? very rude people working here i absolutely wont come back! everything in the store was a large hahah go figure i have no idea how these places stay in business guess all the owners are wealthy!

LOVE this boutique! The girls Chelsea & Jenna are so helpful, if you are looking for a gift, a cute top or even several outfits they are there to help! They offer a wide variety of items & the clothing brands are my favorite! I always can something there, it’s my go to place… =)

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I have purchased several of their jewelry pieces. They have a unique selection that is right on trend. I like to hit their sales. Follow them on Instagram for up-​to-​date inventory.

Shop early in the season for best selection. If you’re looking for casual trendy clothes and live in North County this beats driving to Fashion Island!

I’ve always thought that this store is really cute. I only shop here occasionally, but was a bit disappointed with the selection when I stopped in today. They usually have some nice designer jeans, but the usual Joe’s Jeans and 1921’s were no where to be found.
I was also was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I wandered around the store for about 20 minutes and was never asked if I needed any help.
The prices seem a bit steep, but not any pricier than most department stores.
I really hope the selection and customer service improves because I would love to go back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store… Pricing is that of any high end store at the mall that carries designer labels… What gets me are the sales racks… I ALWAYS find something every time I am in there.
The staff are super adorable and always friendly and helpful!

I think the buyer/​owner is FAB for her choices and presentation! If I were to own a boutique pink laundry style and store layout would be my vision.
The selection is always stylish contemporary and sportswear for oc women, without being over the top or too trendy; the pieces have longevity!
The reason I am giving it 5 stars is because the sale rack! I have found deals– im mean 70−80% off deals– over and over again… tylie malibu bag for $ 100, $ 300 true religion jeans for $ 80, and Micheal stars tops for $ 20, Skye top $ 60, etc. etc. Hit the sale rack designer for less!
Also to people who say its pricey… I’m not really sure where you get the latest name brand clothing for anything less than expensive? Unless its a sale or an ebay/​loehmanns thing, all that shit is the same, hellllooo!

So yes, the prices are a little steep, then again, they aren’t any more expensive than Saks or Bloomies whom also carry these same brands. The brands they carry are all pretty high end and expensive (think Ella Moss, Joe’s jeans, La Rok, True Religion, Nanette Lepore etc.) but I have to say it’s a small shop packed with all super cute things. One of my favorite features is that they carry my favorite candle, Volcano by Capri Blue, this way I don’t even have to go all the way to Anthropologie to get it! Anyway, I think that this shop is really cute and is a nice edition to the little Villa Park shopping center.
