I’ll give it two stars because the workers are really nice, but I never have any luck going in there finding what I need. Also, everything is well organized, but again, I never feel satisfied.

Went in looking for kindles. Was in the store 10 min before we were approached for help. Sales associate was unable to answer any questions about the products and had never heard of the kindle voyage model we were looking for, which is the top of the line. He did ask the manager for help, who also said «never heard of it.» Felt unwelcome and left with unanswered questions. Wouldn’t go back.
