Normally, I like this place. They have a great selection of snacks and different daily hot foods. The lady that runs this place is really friendly and really nice. Unfortunately, she was sick today and did not wear gloves while handling the food. She used her bare hands(not even salad tongs) to grab lettuce pieces and bread to put into my to go container. Also, the lasagna was completely wrapped in plastic saran wrap and microwaved until the saran wrap was almost glued to the lasagna. I can’t tell you how bad it is to microwave foods, especially in saran wrap(and especially to the point where it’s hard to peel the plastic wrap off the food!!!). I don’t even want to think about all the plastic chemicals leached into the food. :( She’s a really nice lady and I don’t like to write negative reviews but she should know better than to handle foods directly with bare hands. ever. period. But ESPECIALLY when asked if she has a cold(she kept sniffling and wiping her nose on her sleeve) and admits to having a cold then changing it to «allergies.» Either way — she shouldn’t be handling food with bare hands — at least use a freaking salad tong or gloves!!! I feel gross. I’m OCD about cleanliness, hygiene, especially when it comes to food and health. And more gross by the fact that I ate the whole thing because I was starving. And it wasn’t even tasty :(

Korean family owned business offering breakfast, lunch and different daily specials. These include chicken curry and Korean delights such as, bulgogi and big bam bop. I had today’s special, the chicken curry and it was some of the best I have had in sometime. It was all served with a salad, rice and a drink for a mere $ 7.99! They offer a full suite of sandwiches, salads and healthy options for lunch. They also serve smoothies, dessert and have a very large selection of bottled beverage and chips to complete your meal. The selection was vast and better than I have seen in most delis. Come often and skip the chaos of eating in Tyson’s Corner. Btw, parking is free and available up front for easy pick up. They also have seating for 22, if you prefer to eat in. Enjoy!

This place is deceiving. Elie’s is a little café in the bottom of an office building. Its on Old Gallows Road in the building right next to the Bank of America Building. I think there’s an eye doctor in there and I’m not sure what else. Many times you will get horrible food because there’s no where else to go for lunch in a café in an office building. But not at Elie’s. They have fruit salad(and super fresh, not tasteless honeydew and grapes which is usually found in cheap fruit salads). Their fruit salad has strawberries, pineapple and kiwi! Their menu has Veggie burgers, salads, sandwiches… all which look really, really good! Today I had a veggie quesadilla. It had 3 colors of diced peppers, onions, and diced tomatoes. It wasn’t overly cheesy and greasy at all, but nice and fresh. I see they have a veggie pita, so I’ll be trying that next for lunch! They also do breakfast, but I haven’t tried it yet. Not only is the food good, but the staff is extremely nice. Give this place a try if you’re in Tysons for lunch or breakfast and sick of all the other chain restaurants around!

Great for a deli in the basement of an office building. The best thing are their free soda refills — which has come in handy for the Diet Coke Master Cleanse! A quick update to my original review: They have freshed brewed iced tea which is fantastic!
