Chili’s Grill & Bar

Got a hair in my food… underneath the nacho chip, so I can confirm it wasn’t mine. Dirty and poor service.

I wasn’t a big fan of Chili’s food for some odd reason, But I was there on Monday and ordered the lunch combo, which was a half turkey sandwich and chicken soup, OMG it was all so delish. I was surprised at how full I really was. It was a to go early and the lady who helped me so really nice.

I had the best service of my life today. We initially had a small issue and the manager took amazing care of us!

Don’t do it! We go to chili’s often, but this one was not a good experience. While the service was very friendly, they were not very good. We waited an hour for our food, 30 minutes just to get water (after having to ask), and part of my order was wrong. They tried, but desperately need help. I would suggest going elsewhere.

I just finished eating here and it was great all around! The service was amazing. Fast and very attentive. The food was outstanding. I had the Margarita grilled chicken and it was delicious. Amazing depth of flavor, and the ingredients tasted really fresh. The restaurant has a great quiet atmosphere. I felt totally relaxed and comfortable at this Chili’s. I will definitely be dining here soon in hopes of trying new amazing dishes as well as ordering the Margarita chicken again. Plus, the prices are awesome. They have the 2 for 20 $ menu. You split an appetizer and they you get two entrees all for only 20 $. Great deal!

Oh my goodness — could the service BE any slower?!? 20 min to get cold chips? 40 min to get food in an almost empty restaurant! Will NOT be back — that’s for sure!

Mediocre food; explains why the place is always empty. Server was okay. Manager was nasty.

The bartender, Cody, is amazing. Always a smile and a kind word, coupled with amazing service. A true people person who you will love to chat and laugh with. Come here for Cody, stay for the margaritas.

Went here just for desert which was a nightmare. I found a hair in the brownie cake I ordered also s fruit fly in my drink. The waiter was nice so I didn’t say anything instead paid by Bill and left almost the full dish there. Waste of my money and my appetite was ruined.

Maybe some things on the menu here are okay, but not the chicken quesadillas. Low quality chicken used; it tasted like the rejected parts of the chicken, and I had a hard time chewing some of the gristle. Also had a beef enchilada which was edible, but not very tasty. It was an impressive amount of food, but the quality was not sufficient to make it worth eating. This, despite the fact that it was my first meal of the day (I had to skip breakfast and was incredibly hungry by the time I arrived here). Then, to top it off, the waitress offered to take our three credit cards and charge each card separately — only she mixed it up and I ended up paying for the more expensive meal of one of my co-​workers at the meal. Of course, it’s too awkward to make a big deal of this in front of colleagues, but still I was not thrilled that I paid 40% more than what I actually ordered (and didn’t even fully consume). Waitress seemed quite relaxed, perhaps even lackadaisical.

Stopped by here with some friends after the Redskins game on Sunday. Tons of TVs so we enjoyed watching the football games that were on. The waitress was ok not really personable. She did keep the drinks full.
I ordered the grilled fish tacos. It came with 3 tacos rice and black beans. I enjoyed the whole dish. I normally don’t eat black beans but finished the bowl. The tacos had a good bite to them and were full of fish avocado and pico. The rice was just well rice haha. We were in and out pretty fast so I cant complain. If I am ever back in the area I would stop in again.

I’ve never been disappointed at Chilis.

Not sure how much longer this place is going to be around but it was okay I guess.
Got their chicken fajitas and it came out sizzling which is always good with their fancy display of sides and the warm tortillas!
Best was their fried pickles… Mmmm and of course I loved their fries onion rings!
However the highlight of my evening was the fact that my friend and I played monopoly through out our dinner :) makes the whole waiting part a lot easier and fun! Totally worth the $ 2 :)

I am a huge fan of Chili’s, but maybe not this location. The food was as good as I was hoping, just like any other Chili’s. The service was great, both our waitress and the bar staff (who changed the channel’s on the TVs to accommodate other guests). The bathrooms — a completely different story. The restaurant was practically empty when we were there and one stall in the ladies room had no toilet paper. Another had mildew and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was, however, a huge roll of toilet paper on a chair outside of the bathroom entrance — !!! I washed my hands twice just for going in this restroom.

Cold and terrible… Also depressing.
Ordered a steak medium well, the server didn’t come back for 15 minutes and now we are just waiting to pay for food we didn’t eat.

We love the food. The employees are nice. Whenever we have had an issue. the manager made it right.

HORRIBLE food. The waitress was very attentive and made sure we were good. The food though OMG… The steak that my husband ordered was well DONE when he asked it medium. My tilapia tasted like cayenne pepper… it was super spicy. The only thing that was worth paying for was margarita. I will never go back to chili’s again!!!

Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been too, and I love Chili’s. I ordered on
and was told that none of the items listed were on the menu anymore I will never order from them again The management need to get this place together

I stopped coming to Chili’s overall, because this chain of restaurant have gone downhill. Manassas, Fairfax and this location have all disappointed me. The only one I like is the one at Anne Arundel mall and that place is twice as busy as all those places. Service is extremely slow here, staff is nice just very slow service. Last time I came here, about a couple months ago, I ordered a burger and when it came out the size of the patty was the size of a slider, about ¼ of the bun. I looked at it and hot damn I said are you kidding me? I asked my waiter wtf that was and he said oh sorry the cook probably didn’t notice the rest fell off. What does that mean? He thought I was eating one slider??? The waiter came back out after a few minutes with the other ¾ of the patty. Uhm I definitely thought he would come back with a brand new burger with a nice, regular size patty. Nope! And I didn’t even get a sorry, he actually seemed annoyed! The manager didn’t come out either. That was the last time I came to this location.
If you’re in the Tysons area looking for good food and decent service, there are plenty of places around here you can go to. Avoid this place if you can.

Hubby and I had a gift card and realized we had not been to a Chili’s together, so we went. In truth I don’t think I had been in a Chili’s since college.
The food was fine… nothing to write home about but fine, as long as you don’t think to hard about the fat content of course…
BUT this is why I HAD to write a review — I walked in and the manager took me to the right side of restaurant, then my hubby walked in and the manager changed direction, sitting us on the left side of the restaurant. Not a big deal you think, why is she writing about this you wonder? Well, the side he was taking me to had several booths with white guests seated in them. The side we were seated on had several booths of African-​American guests. My hubby and I are of different ethnic backgrounds…
Maybe it was just a coincidence, maybe it was just by chance, this is NOVA after all. What I am certain of is that we both felt a bad vibe and we will NOT be going back.
