Ken Baker is a very straight shooter. Lays out the facts, gives you the options, explains the pricing in terms of time and materials … and lets you decide with no pressure. We replaced an old HVAC system. He’ll talk your ear off about the various specs, products and price points if you let him, but he was also very good about helping us come to a conclusion that was best for our situation.
I note the one star review and see how this can happen. This is a small local business with only 3 – 4 headcount, no real infrastructure that the bigs will have. Very experienced, no fuss, fair pricing. We enjoyed a 5-​star experience and would recommend to others.

We did not have a good experience with this contractor. We had them repair our unit two weeks ago and it broke again. We called and got the run around for two days before choosing another firm. I believe they are over run with work. he owner is operating the office from his truck. This can create communicating, scheduling and problems that have lead to missing the mark.

I called several heating and ac companies for quotes and they were the only ones who actually called me back. The technician was very courteous and helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done and always made sure to get my permission before performing any work that wasn’t agreed to beforehand. I would definitely work with them again.
They have reasonable prices and have a semi-​annual maintenance program that saves you money with discounts on additional work and parts, should it be needed. They are also a small business which makes them great in my eyes because they know the area well.
