Adrenaline Dance Studio

Arenaline dance studio has great programs for any age, young or old! Something for everyone in the Family.
My son gained so much more though by joining this Dance studio. besides having fun and becoming a really good dancer :-)
He has been dancing with Jen and coaches since the Elementary school years, and is currently a sophomore. Changes in him were tremendously since the day he started dancing with Jen and her team (as a dancer and person!)
(Huge improvements academically/​and behavior). so it’s not just the love for dancing that changed him, but more so the mentoring from a wonderful team of coaches , who are absolutely dedicated to these kids! They teach your child to be part of a team and he gained a second family with them.
He has developed self-​discipline, how to be goal oriented, He gained self-​confidence and is absolutely dedicated /​hard working… all while enjoying what he likes most! Dancing!
Those are some pretty good life-​skills to gain! And I know it takes a pretty good team to teach those skills!
After all these years we are still grateful to have found Adrenaline, and more than glad to make the «hike» from Loudoun County to be part of it !

My daughter is on Adrenaline Studio’s Hip Hop and Jazz Allstar teams. She absolutely loves the coaches and teams and the dancing! The coaches love what they do and are so good at it that it filters to the kids. We’ve done many styles of dance and have worked with lots of coaches and instructors but this is by far our most positive experience. They foster strong teams with positive interactions. There’s none of the cattiness typical of many dance companies. I just can’t say enough good things. We drive from Montgomery County, MD to be a part of the Adrenaline team.

What started off as my son taking a saturday morning hip hop class has turned into something my whole family loves! My son (age 9) is on two competition hip hop teams, my daughter (age 7) is on competition hip hop and pom, my wife takes CISE and hip hop classes and I’m taking a breakdancing class with my son. I even got to perform with him at the end of season recital!
We love this dance studio because it really is like one big family. Our kids have made friends there and my wife and I have made friends there too.
They do a great job of balancing between competing at a very high level and making it fun — not easy to do both.
I highly recommend this studio.

My children have been attending Adrenaline since it opened and they absolutely love it there. The coaches are wonderful, the atmosphere is super family friendly and the confidence and self esteem that my kids have gained since starting is just amazing! I cannot express how thrilled I am to have discovered Adrenaline Dance.

Adrenaline brought me in to head up their Breakdance program. I LOVE working with them and I appreciate that they are very family/​community based (conducive to my own morals). Ive taught for other studios in the area who seemed to care more about «business» than the people they serve (including their teachers).
Speaking as an outsider who has contracted into the studio: Adrenaline’s owners, staff, and company dancers are all so friendly and bright and have shown me genuine love. They have looked out for my –and my student’s– best interests. I will do everything in my power to contribute to the success of this dance studio.
The Studio:
is brand spanking new, 3 very nice rooms: Big, Med, & Small sizes. Clean wood floors. Mirrors. mats, etc.
The performance teams:
I see teaming swarms of little kids all around the studio and I’m impressed at the level of acceptance and love all the students show towards each other. The older youth dancers are so supportive of the younger little ones. The choreography is solid with talented choreographers and dance teams who compete in national competitions.
Something a little extra i’d like to add; Jennifer, the director and part owner, specializes in dance for kids with special needs. This is so awesome for those parents and kids who thought maybe they couldn’t dance, but were never given the «stage» to explore it. Movement is IMPERATIVE for development at all levels (physical health, mental, social, spiritual, etc.).
