New York Pizza & Pasta

Standard New York style pizza I wish the crust was cooked a little crisper it was kind of soggy due to the number of topping I guess but over all it was drag toppings and not from a can.

We went to the Vidor location and had the 18 inch NY pizza with the 8 toppings as well as The Combo. The toppings were nice on the pie but the crust was almost raw. This can happen when you have a lot of toppings but is avoidable with proper technique. When I mentioned the crust, the manager started arguing with me. I gave up reasoning with her and left without telling her the ziti was under cooked as well. I heard the old chef was a lot better, but the main problem was the manager, not the chef.

This place is pretty awesome. I love the speedy service and they have some of the best Hawaiian pizza I’ve ever had. Only three stars though because even though the service is speedy their staff could be a little more friendly and attentive.

Been eating here since it first opened and the food is still as good as the first time!
Waitstaff is a little clueless but still very nice ;))

Might want to update your restaurant’s address with Google. We tried to find it passing through town and couldnt find it.

I love this place!
First off, the ambiance is perfectly balanced so that it’s great for families and romantic dinners for 2!
Second, the servers are so nice! Many of them go to high school in Vidor.
Third, the food is amazing! There are other NYPP’s around the area but this is the best one! It’s the newest and cleanest and you can taste the difference in the food.
If you are an appetizer person, order the stuffed mushrooms! They aren’t on the menu anymore but if you ask, they will make them.
I’m not a fan of the Caesar salad and I have a suspicion that the Alfredo sauce is white gravy but that’s just my opinion!

Love this place! The garlic bread is scrumptious and not too crisp with yummy marinara sauce on the side. Caesar salad on the side is a refreshing option. Superb pizza crust. The fettuccine alfredo is to die for! The calzone is good too, but the sauce is on the side which I’m not a huge fan of. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is very clean. I’d eat here every day!

New York Pizza and Pasta was a great surprise and also a great addition to Vidor, TX.
I was pleasantly surprised at the decorative interior and the quality of food and service. The addition of a full bar was a great enhancement to the restaurant and seemed very nice and comfortable.
The food wasn’t exceptional by any means, but when factoring in the price of those meals and the service you receive, you quickly realize how great the food is. The Chicken Parm and Chicken Ella were both very good for $ 7.95 which included salads and bread with dipping oil. I was impressed with the taste, though it was not extremely flavorful, it did have a delightful subtle taste of what you’d expect. The portions were very generous, to most would be dinner and lunch the next day. Also the service was good, definitely above average but not as good as the other factors.
Overall, New York Pizza and Pasta is a great check-​in that will leave you and your wallet full and satisfied. I greatly recommend giving this place a try.

Great place, the pizzas are awesome, actually my favorite to get from here. I honestly don’t recommend the chicken dishes because the meat tastes like a frozen breast from Sysco. The shrimp Tortellini is great also I recommend that dish to friends all the time, it never lets them down.
Great atmoshphere, great service, and last but certainly not least great food (as long as its not the dishes with chicken breast).

Very good Italian food at extremely reasonable prices.
