Mr. Malone, along with Mary Campbell, are definitely two of the most competent attorneys I have worked with. Mary is at another location, but she is a beautiful person. She is very patient, knowledgeable and down to earth.
Mr. Malone, I worked with on a Real Estate transaction. I could not have gotten through the mess which the realtors created for me without Mr. Malone. He really has your back. The realtors took advantage of me as I am a senior citizen who suffers medical issues; one being memory.
Mr. Malone was very nice, never critical and gave me direct advice on how to get through the mess and close the transaction so that I would not be taken for a ride!
Be aware that you may have some realtor list your home and act like they will «work» for you; and once that offer comes in it could be a down hill slide. They could set you up in ways you would not even realize till it is done; very scary indeed. I would have never been able to sell my home without Mr. Malone!!! He is an A+ person in guiding you through and I will be forever grateful for having him as a Real Estate attorney! I can not thank him enough.
