On the way back from AZ and had a craving for a bagel. It was 9 pm on a Sunday. Quick Unilocal search got me here. No bagels available. It’s understandable. It’s 9pm. We ordered some donuts instead. Got back in the car and continued with the drive. The donuts were dry and flavorless. All of them. Couldn’t even finish any of them.

Yum yum finally has someone that knows how to make donuts. Chocolate covered cake donut and cinnamon roll were great.

Decided to give yum yum another try. big mistake. Ordered the usual garlic bagel with bacon egg & chz with avocado. Got home discovered almost BLACK avocado smeared on the bagel. We were so mad we drove back to YUMYUM to get our money back. Manager or whomever was working didn’t acknowledge the fact that his employee(SAMERUDEGIRL!!) is serving rotten food to customers. He asked to make another but at that point we just wanted our money back & to never return to this place. NEVER!!! Only star is for their yummy donuts & garlic bagel. The customer service is terrible. There is a father and a daughter & the daughter is the worst. Everytime we go we get brown avocado, so the last time we went I asked her to make sure we get fresh avocado. She rolled her eyes and then took 15 mins to make 2 bagels. to which we got home to discover brown avocado. Time to find a new donut spot I will not be a patron to Yum Yum anymore.

This place should be called Nasty Nast Donuts. As I was eating a glazed donut, a big long hair was meshed within the inside. I pulled it out of my mouth, and threw all of the donuts I bought. Nast!

Horrible customer service, I just left there with my daughters, they both wanted doughnuts so I figured I would stop here. I asked the woman working behind the counter about her croissants and she was too busy talking to get co worker to answer me. Then when she did she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude, I guess I was bothering her at work. I was upset I didn’t even get anything for myself. I will not be disrespected when im spending my money. I will choose elsewhere.

The lady behind the counter was super friendly and her and the chef in back both greet you as you enter. I ordered a ham egg & cheese on sesame bagel for myself, & a bacon & chedder on an onion bagel for my mom. My husband also ordered a torta, which i had no clue they even had. He loved it. I dont know why i see people complaining about the bagels here they’re exactly what i expected. I really enjoyed them. We made all our orders meals which made them 5.99 each & that came with your choice of chips or a donut, a coffee water or 24 oz fountain drink or even a canned soda. We each got something different for our order, a water, coffee, & fountain drink. My husband tried to switch out a monster drink but they said they couldn’t put that kind of upgrade which was fine. The coffee by the way was really great. It was about noon time and you could still taste the freshness, they have a small table with all the add on options for your coffee by the door. We also took a dozen donuts they’re dozen is 14& the big bear claw and big sized cinnamon roll either count as 2 donuts or can be added in for 75¢ extra. With everything we ordered and an additional strawberry milk and the larger sized bottled milk everything came out too $ 32 which i thought was average priced for everything we got.

The service really was very friendly, and I admit I didn’t try any donuts. Their breakfast sandwiches were the worst I’ve ever had, anywhere! The thought of having one on a bagel is what appealed to me, but the egg substitute was thick and wet, like it had been rinsed off in water before it was served! The veggie/fruit smoothie was pre made, and the cup it was in had crusty dried debris on it. Every time I picked it up I felt it… as you can imagine, I lost my appetite very quickly! I’ll stick with Starbucks and Juice-It-Up from now on.

I went with my husband at about a little after midnight. Huge selection for us to choose from. donuts where delicious. Will be back. only thing that killed it for us that the guy who helped us out was probably a lil new. he typed something wrong on the register and was trying to charge us $ 32.xx for a dozen of donuts. Took a while for the other guy to clear it.

They’re donuts aren’t bad, but I’ve never had a worse ham-and-cheese croissant. I’m not picky so when heard that their croissants were bad I thought nothing of it. The thing is… when you order a «ham-and-cheese» croissant, you expect more than a bite and a half of ham-and-cheese. As far as donuts, they didn’t have any of my favorites, though, they do have a huge selection of standard type donuts and even some filled-types. The donuts I did try were good and the girl at the counter was nice so I feel obligated to give at least 3 stars for that.

HUGE selection at this california donut chain. It took me a bit to come here since they serve bagels/burgers/breakfast as well. I like my donuts seperate from my burgers. (though my husband enjoyed a seriously good fried donut burger at the Ohio State Fair) The price is fair at $ 7 a dozen and they were pretty darn good, not the best I’ve had in town but great and open 24⁄7 which is worth another star just for that!
