Worst carne asada burrito ever! Wrong order, meat super super salty, and super dry. Would not go back here ever again.

We stopped here as we were driving through from our trip.
I was pleased with my shrimp ceviche tostada. The shrimp had actually cooked through with the lime juice, I feel that this is many times super hard to find a restaurant that had good ceviche. This was one.
However, the tacos Jalados were missing some seasoning. The tacos were huge, they looked more like burritos but they were just missing something.
The service was super slow, everyone had their food and were almost half way done by the time the last order came out.
The servers were very nice but my 3 stars are due to the slow service and the lack of flavor on the tacos.

Yesterday I made a phone order and was immediately put on hold by the lady who answered. She didn’t put me on hold put just put the phone down so I could hear all the background chatter. I guess she didn’t understand English enough to take my order so she was finding someone who did. Well I order nachos, a quesadilla, and a burrito. When I ask for the total she tells me she can’t give it to me because of how there system is set up and something about not being able to take the order off if I didn’t show up so I had to do the math myself. Then we get there to pick it up so I send my younger cousin in to get it because I’m pregnant and didnt want to get out the car. My little cousin comes back and tells me the lady had the rudest attitude. That’s sad coming from a 13 year old. Other than the horrible customer service, the green sauce is too hot to enjoy. And everything else was just not worth my $ 30. I will never go again.

The worse rolled tacos (taquitto) I have ever eaten, could not stomach one, I paid $ 9 for a salad because all I could eat was lettuce it came with…
I would not order these again. probably will not return to try anything else…

Ordered Carnitas enchiladas and it seemed like they gave us all the burnt parts of the carnitas. My GF agreed. The servers and atmosphere were nice.

Think Albertos with more «Mexican Love» Flavour. I love the Birria tacos and Molcajete Mixto (with all beans and no rice, to go… and they were so wonderful in accomodating me for it)! They are quick and sweet, and the food is amazing. Flavor of the Molcajete was spicy, but not that kind of spicy where you can’t taste what you are eating. It’s Juuuuust right and black peppery and flavourful. The beans are to die for! The birria tacos are on point, as well, with their perfect mixture of spices (tasted like fresh ground peppers and black pepper with the PERFECT amount of onions and cilantro… like a great street taco but better). I definitely recommend this place to you.

Went with my lady to go grab some Mickey-D’s for the kids and decided to stop in after hearing some good things and I chose the aguachilles plate and was very satisfied with the portion size and the amount of shrimp that came with it.
Carne Asada is pretty good as well!

I was having a craving for some down home Mexican food. I spent $ 7.00+change for a carne asada burrito. I ordered a combo burrito, minus the rice.
the flavor was boring, mostly beans, minimal meat, watery beans… I didn’t even finish half of it before tossing it. blah.
Save yourself $ 5.00, go to Taco Bell and eat a burrito supreme, that tastes so much better than this over-​priced, bland, gas-​producing burrito.

Another great meal! We had the enchilada special, my husband ordered cheese and I had the chicken enchiladas and they were great. The portions were generous and I had to share with my husband as it was more than I could eat. The salsa, as always, was excellent. I am so glad we found this place as we have never had a bad meal here. Our waitress could not have been friendlier or more attentive and she remembers what we like when we come in. If you want a great neighborhood Mexican restaurant try this!!!

There customers service is horrible. The food isn’t all that great. I would prefer Raul’s or La Casita instead, literally across the street.

First time here today, and glad we went. Everything was wonderful, perfectly cooked and service was outstanding. Definitely will come back. Hubby had a wet burrito, granddaughter had kids enchilada plate and I had steak fajitas. No body could eat it all, and we are fairly big eaters. Could not wait for lunch tomorrow, so had for a bedtime snack!

I tried the Aguachiles and there super good but I just don’t like that they put tomatoes on it but other than that is really good

On Sunday my daughter and I decided to try taco chon. A lil bit nervous because never tried it. Omgosh It was great. Good prices, good service, clean, lots of parking and overall loved it. We will be coming back

I decided to try this joint after reading an article about it on VV Daily Press. I ordered the tacos Fundidos plate with barbacoa for the meat choice as suggested on the article. My mom ordered the fried tacos with potato. The cashier was really friendly and the restaurant was clean, although I took my order to go. The barbacoa tacos were tasty but lacked a little flavor, so some lemon juice and salt seemed to do the trick. I tasted some of my moms tacos as well and they were really bland. They were flavorless and super soggy as well. I live only 5 mins away so they didn’t sit very long. My mom also complained that the salsa on all of the food was too spicy but I like spicy food so I didn’t mind at all. In conclusion, the food was good but not anything I would be craving to go back to any time soon.

Came here for lunch with my boyfriend and we loved it. We got the Molcajete for 2. The meat the salsa the nopal everything was so good. The waitress was nice and on point with refilling our drinks. We will be back!

Tacos always on point. Friendly service.

Tilapia filet was very tasty with good beans and rice. Liked the carne asada burrito. It had good flavor. The restaurant was comfortable. Salsa was fresh and a little spicy.

Servers were very friendly and attentive.
Food was ok. Disappointed in the guacamole. expected home made. got runny jar stuff instead.

Excellent food, excellent service. I ordered the fundidas tacos, which I had never heard of before, and they were delicious. The service was fast, I was in and out in a half hour. I would definitely return in the future.

I had been wanting to come here for awhile seeing it is one of the few places with about 30 reviews in the area (still waiting the the HD to really start Unilocaling, come on ppl!!)
and mostly positive so off we went, starving on a saturday night after hosting my sons 10^th birthday party, I needed to take off the edge with an excess of grease and carbs.
Well, did get that, just not in the oh so bad but so good right now kind of way.
I had a carnitas burrito that was dripping just straight oil, no meaty saucy grease, just plain grease.
The meat too porky, beans and rice pretty much non existent, just not my thing.
My husband had the wet with barbacoa which was way better meat, the wet sauce not so great.
Chips and salsa fine, not special.
I had a fish taco, grilled talapia, fine, not great.
We shared the tacos funddido with al pastor which had to much powdery marinade.
$ 30 for two burritos and some tacos is too much for the area and with nothing standing out as being above average, I see no reason to return.
Service was very nice though and the food came out hot and fresh, no complaints there.
They also set up a taco cart right outside in case you are in a rush and don’t want to go inside.
