STONE CREEK ESCROW

I had never dealt with an escrow company
(they don’t have any in Ohio or Germany, where I had bought houses before)
Thus, I have nothing to compare Stone Creek Escrow to, but it could have not gone more smoothly.
The service from all the ladies could not have been any friendlier or more helpful.
Every email was responded to quickly, every call and question answered perfectly.
We dealt with the head of the office Melody, but if she was out of office, all of the other ladies knew their stuff and could help in a pinch.
Ours was not an easy buy, flip house, not officially for sale, no credit as one does not use credit cards in Germany (Shocker!!!) but Stone Creek came through and made it work that we could buy or dream house and move in right before Christmas.
I recommend them to anyone in the HD looking for a reliable Escrow Company!
