I’ve spent plenty of money in this store and am satisfied with most of what I have gotten. However, when I asked if I can have a pair of pants to be tailored for a costume party the sales rep denied me and explained how his tailor won’t do it and refuses any clothes that aren’t his! I asked the sales rep if I can talk to the tailor who happened to be there, but he said he wasn’t going to disturb him or bother to ask. I asked the sales associate if he was really sure, he said yes. Not making the effort for the customer to talk to the tailor or anybody else was not good customer service in my book. A 20 dollar pair of pants being hemmed cost them a customer for life and even thousands in sales. I’m getting married next year and I know who’s not getting my business!

After trying several different men’s clothing stores I tried Stacy’s Menswear. Best move I have made. Professional staff with a great selection and priced right. I would highly recommend going to this store !
