I rent a house out in Victorville and my tenants called me about a leaking sink in the laundry room and the kitchen. Turns out they were clogged. I called all the way from LA and this place was SO helpful! Great customer service. I talked to Michelle and she was very patient and courteous with me, I was freaking out! She was able to get someone out within an hour! Very reasonable prices. The job was done quickly and efficiently and both Michelle and the plumber communicated with me as things happen! Definitely recommend and will be using again. Excellent customer service!

Rescue Plumbers, Inc. in Victorville is the BEST in the high desert. We have needed their services a few times and each time was exceptional. We needed a French drain put in on our property due to flooding issues. This was a huge undertaking due to the desert soil. Very professional and hard working, and unbelievably CLEAN! Always arrived ready to work. We even received a call letting us know they were on the way. Recently we had a new sink and disposal installed. Fair quotes for work done and they have incredible work ethic. Again arrived when they said, a reminder call to notify they were on the way, fast and clean. We will always call them for our future needs. Thanks so much Victor, Michelle, Joe, Ben and Matt you’re the best.

Very Honest and fair. Friendly service, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Very difficult these days to find honest and fair business people. Seems everyone is trying to squeeze every penny they can from you and take advantage of your lack of knowledge. They responded quickly at night outside normal working hours and did not gouge me with unfair pricing. Called other plumbers in area that either had NO techs available or were quoting very high prices. Will definitely use Rescue Plumbers for ALL future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with standing water in the back yard where the sprinkler system plumbing was. I couldn’t tell where the leak was coming from so, based on the reviews on Unilocal,I called Rescue Plumbing. Michelle in the office took the information and Victor came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. When he came out the following week to do the repair, he did a beautiful job and stuck to the original quote. He also went out his way to give me extra info about my water shut-​off, water meter, etc. and as a bonus, fixed my leaking outdoor faucet. Victor and Michelle are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Customer service is so lacking these days and Rescue Plumbers far exceeds excellence. Wish they did electrical work. Thank you, Victor. I will be calling again. I still need a new toilet.

This week I had a major pipe backup/​issue and I had no idea what to do or who to call.
I started asking family & friends and I heard of rescue plumbers so I came on Unilocal to check them out. They have great reviews so I tried them out.
Victor came to my house within hours and began working to resolve. He was very professional, personable and was very tactful in getting the job done. He communicated with me regarding the issues and was fair with pricing. I truly have to say that I was very impressed with their service!

Their logo says it, Fix It Once, Fix It Right! Best plumbers in town. Excellent customer service, excellent employees, prices are affordable. Mr. Victor is very knowledgeable.

My father in law’s main line was blocked up, and wasn’t draining. We tried the snake thing ourselves, but the problem persisted.
Victor came out and explained what was more than likely the problem, tree roots.
They gave him a fair estimate, and said he would try and have the work done as soon as possible.
They cut through two sections of cement slab, and dug down deep to find just what he said. An entire tree root was blocking the main line!
Not only were they guys professional, but fast. They had the house service done in one day, and came back the next day to fill it all in. You can’t believe how much you need to flush, till you really need to. Thanks guys.
I would highly recommend Rescue Plumbers do do any job, from small things like faucets and disposals to big things like blocked main lines. They obviously know their business.

My sister needed some work done around her house and I was too far away to help so I gave them a shot. My sister said that the plumber was nice and professional and when I went over I could tell the work was well done. Love that he treated my sister with respect and didn’t try to over charge or anything. I would recommend rescue plumbers after my experience.

What can I say Rescue Plumbers can really save the day. Not only do they have affordable prices, they are poffesionals, courteous and punctual.
They have taken care of my families plumbing needs when ever we have needed them.
Rescue plumbers moved my laundry room from in my house to the garage. Never in million years would I have known it took this much work. But they guided me through the whole process and kepted me informed. They told me it would take this long and this is how much it would cost. Guess what they delivered. I know that in every job there is the possibilities of set backs and that every job is different. But they are so professional and honest that it did not make much difference in anything. They got the job done.
Unlike other plumbing companies whom try to get as much money as they can from the people or customers. Maybe because they have to meet some sort of quota or goals.
This is not the case with rescue plumbers. They are family own, honest, professional, courteous and aware of their surroundings. Can you believe that they always, I mean always, where booties over the shoes when they come inside your home. I was like you dont have to do that and they still did. I was like thanks.
They have reasonal prices for what they are doing, with out showing any gimmicks or videos to try up the price and get you for more money. Thats why me and my whole family will always call Rescue plumbers.
