The menu I got from the restaurant has this address but the name of the restaurant says kobe phở, not phở huong. Yike, confusing.(If you enter and there’s a huge Buddha sitting on the counter with dollar bills tape to it then you are in the right place.) Anyhow I ordered from this menu. This place is similar to a fast food. You enter and go to the cashier/server and pay for the food. Then you sit where ever you want and the cashier/server brings you the food. There are huge pictures above the counter that can give you better ideas on what to order. The place seems clean and the food appears fresh and it is very close to the freeway. I ordered the vermicelli combo and the hubby ordered the phở sumo. We both liked our dishes and for under $ 20! Will definitely return if passes by Victorville.

I think its absurd to have«Phở» anywhere on your restaurant name when phở is only 10% of your menu and isnt even all that good. However, i cant be too choosey since phở is limited here in the high desert and my usual place is closed til march. But if this were anywhere else, i would not be so generous with the rating. Edit: this place is now called Phở Kobe. In the walmart shopping center.

I really liked their spring rolls and peanut sauce, but the fish soup that I ordered was truly awful. None of it was fresh and the scallops were rubbery. I then ordered a boba drink and it tasted like a powdered strawberry milk drink with the boba at the bottom. My mom liked her order which was a noodle soup with egg rolls in it. I don’t eat Vietnamese food very often so I don’t remember what either dish was called. The service was terrible but they were busy and understaffed. Maybe someone called in sick. I won’t be back.

I give this place a 4 star based on the phở alone. Portions are big and the soup is great. Service is friendly also. I’ve had better spring rolls, but for the phở, go! Place is great for a nice quiet family meal.

I ordered a number 1 like I do at all Phở houses. The broth is not as flavourful as I would like it at all. Even after adding my usual add ons. They offer different phở’s and many other dishes. Some I was suprised to see on the menu. The place is really clean and spacious. Probably won’t come here again but if I did I would be trying something different from the menu! Oh I found this joint while hunting down a SD. 320gb HD for $ 15 at Staples!

Rice plates are $ 8 – 9 each. As we parked and walked to the door, a lady stormed out the door and said, «TERRIBLESERVICE, but very friendly people». Huh, okay. We’ve been to a lot of other local Vietnamese Cafes in other areas and we never really expect great restaurant type service. It’s more about the food. Maybe she didn’t see the sign that said«pay at the counter». I got a Charbroiled Beef rice plate with shredded pork and baked egg. It tasted okay, but then after a couple bites, I realized how rubbery the meat was and it stopped tasting good. Being pregnant, I have a pretty hearty appetite. I couldn’t eat much of the meal. My husband got a mixed Shrimp Fried Rice which smelled really good, the sausage was tasty, but I don’t eat shrimp. He ate all of it, he’s pretty easy to please, although he wasn’t impressed with the prices and didn’t want to go back there in the future. The café su da(Vietnamese iced coffee) was premade, not fresh from the little brew cups. We had to ask for extra cream and sweeten milk for that and my Thai Iced Tea. $ 22 for two dishes and two drinks. Definitely a little overpriced. Maybe that’s normal for the area, but the food wasn’t good enough for us to ever go back to this place again. I know there are a few other Vietnamese cafes along the block. We’ll keep looking for a Vietnamese Café/Phở place though. UPDATE: My husband’s stomach was all messed up from the food the next morning. Don’t go here. I would imagine it was the shrimp.

Delicious Food. I’ve become quite a Vietnamese snob since I got turned on to the food about a year and a half ago and have tried at least six different Vietnamese restaurants. My evaluation of this one? One of the best. I often go to Phở Ha in Rancho Cucamonga because I work down there, but I wanted a place up in Victorville, where I live, to go to as well. After having the Phở here, I was totally impressed. Very good food, very nice people. My sister got fried rice, which was also delicious. I’ll be recommending this to everyone that appreciates Phở like I do. 5 Stars.

I’ve tried this place twice and can’t say it’s really good. The phở is decent and a good size. The summer rolls are really yummy. The peanut sauce is pretty good as well. The service is pretty good and it’s conveniently located.

It snowed in Victorville! I found this place in front of Home Depot and hot Phở sounded real good. The place is new looking, clean a bright inside and the people were friendly. I like Tai, which is rare beef and a regular bowl is $ 5.49 and a large is $ 5.95. That and a Thai Ice tea hit the spot. The Phở broth was slightly different than I am used to. It had maybe a slight fishy taste to it that I don’t know if that is their individual style or something not quiet right. It tasted ok othewise and I had no ill after affects so I guess that’s just the way it is. Be interested to know what others think. Overall this is a good place and I will try it again to see if it tastes the same.
