How have I never given john’s pizza my great review??? I always bring my two boys here because it’s the only place in the high desert that keeps ghetto people out. You have to pay to get in so the ghetto parents with 50 kids tend to avoid johns and stick to chuck e cheese. They have different rooms to offer different dining experiences. You can sit in a sports theme room and watch sports. They have a cartoon character room with cartoons playing. The games are fun and even parents like playing. They have bumper cars that my kids have to do every time we come here. Costco sells a gift card deal that I always buy. It’s like $ 40 for $ 50 dollars in gift cards. I use that with other coupons to save. They have beer and wine also if mommy and daddy need a drink. The best time to go is early dinner or for lunch

It seemed expensive for frozen chicken and frozen pizza. Nevertheless we went ahead and dined as it was the choice of my daughters high school basketball team. There was absolutely nothing for my wife to eat as she is gluten or lactose dairy and soy intolerant. The restaurant would not allow my wife to join the 40 other parents and players and less she payed full pop and she could not eat a single thing. I have been in business a long time and with 40 customers in one group that did not ask for one penny discount I would’ve thought they could’ve made an exception. Very very disappointing

I’ve been coming to John’s Pizza since it open about 20 years ago. For food, friends, parties and fun, but let me tell you, over the last 5 years or so this place is just lucky another larger place hasn’t opened up near it that offers similar commodities. I only come here to bring my kids that don’t know any better and even then I try to defer. Stale pizza, soup look like slop, pasta half cooked and crunchy and sauces are always dried up. You feel bad/disgusted you have to mix it just for it to look like it belongs there and not in the trash. The only thing worth complimenting on is the salad bar, but it’s frustrating when all the different items/sauces are mixed with one another ALLTHETIME. I do enjoy the employees, they do a great job and are persistent in helping, for the most part. Look, I hate to rag on this place because I grew up here, but I work in an industry where growth, redemption and hope are key and this place needs it. I hope someone from their establishment sees some of these comments and see what’s being said because this place, because of its availability, has the potential to being the heart of entertainment in a more positive way in this High Desert, but they will fall off the map eventually if not.

If you like your pizza cold and tasting like cardboard, pasta old and sauce crusty, then John’s Victorville is your destination. Kids run wild, pick up food with their hands, put it back on the tray. Parents look the other way. The buffet is a disaster, new heaped upon old, stuff mixed in. And nothing terribly edible for the hefty price tag of $ 12. Come for the games, come for the Icee machine. But do your colon a favor and skip the food.

I gave 2 stars because i am not a fan of a place being known for something and then not delivering. Its pizza buffet so having pizza out should be must but apparently not. Everytime we went to get food there were like 4 pizzas out and when we asked for the macaroni pizza they said they dont make it any more. Ive been to the John’s in Montclair and moreno valley and i never had a problem until this. It was very disappointing to have to pay for something and not enjoy it completely. Also it is very small. I could see if it was lunch time and the service was slow but it was dinner time and there were many families and parties there. Anyways, i hope someone reads this and fixes the service and if anyone goes there i hope you are not dissatisfied with the service like we were

First time visiting John’s…grandkids loved it. Good value for 2 hours of fun and food. Disappointed in there only being one ride. We had one hour unlimited rides, which seemed like a good idea until we realized there was only one. I was struggling getting coupons on my phone and Rebecca at the front register helped me. She was very professional, friendly, and courteous. A real asset to the company.

The kids and I haven’t been here in almost a year. They had a great coupon(always offering inviting deals), so we went for early dinner. Wow! What I noticed the most is very kind staff. I was asked on several occasions if I needed anything and they hoped I was enjoying my visit. Good job!!! Also, so much more food options now. Delicious veggie pesto sauce, fried chicken legs, and chicken tortilla soup. Yum! The games are current and easy to navigate through. I appreciate the improvement and the kindness of the manager, Darrell. We got the VIP card to come back more :)

My family went on a Monday(Labor Day) and had a nice time. I was a bit skeptical to come here because of some of the bad reviews, but there isn’t much to do on a 100 degree day in the High Desert, so we decided to try the place out. Our toddler had fun playing in the arcade and the staff was friendly. The food wasn’t the greatest, but I didn’t have high expectations… overall it was a nice and inexpensive way to spend the afternoon out of the heat. We will come back again :)

I had to leave 1 star because there wasn’t an option to leave none… First off the temperature in here was 86 degrees when we asked if they could turn the air on they said sorry we can’t because it’s not working properly because it’s a hot day you’d think that a huge chain would fix this problem asap. The pizza was horrible as if a 4 year old made them it’s been this way for years and the only reason we still come here is the arcade. I would much rather have a frozen pizza from the 99 cent store than this shitty johns incredible pizza they take no pride at all in the art of pizza pie

Victorville location… HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE We have been visiting Johns Incredible Pizza Co. for the last 11 years to meet up with family and was very disappointed in the staff and cleanliness. We arrived at 11:30AM on Saturday for my nephews birthday and as soon as we walked in the door we had a problem. The placed smelled of urine. We complained to the lady at the register and she notified the manager. Nothing was done about it. The floors were filthy. Dirt that has been mopped over and over again. We figured that the person who mopped the floors used a mop that had not be rinsed out or cleaned smelling like mildew and urine, The air conditioning was lacking in the front area by the restrooms. The restrooms smelled horrible of urine and the floors were very dirty. The selection of food items was very limited. The pasta was soggy and hard where it had been dried out. We had to have them make pizzas because there were only 3 to choose from. The lettuce at the salad bar with soggy and translucent, one of the ice machines didn’t work, the ice cream machine barely worked, the plates had dried food stuck to them from not being washed properly. The place needs some TLC. Its a shame that its not being maintained. The kids really enjoy coming here. The only positive is that we were surprised to see that Aaron was still working there. Aaron has been with the company for 11 years and is always smiling and running around with his head cut off. They are lucky to have him.

It was much better years ago. There was more of a variety. Pizza slices were also bigger before. Food was good, what needed to be hot was hot. Salad bar didn’t have much of a variety. I gave it 3 stars because I love pizza.

Love this place, pizza is great and there is alot of selection to choose from. Also they have games which is even more fun. Prices are really cheap during the week.

The only reason we come here is because it’s pretty much the only family place for kids beside chucky cheeses. My toddler likes the games, but the food is just disgusting! All they’re food taste fake, like something you’d make in an easy bake oven lol it’s just really gross! On top of that the place is never really clean, tables are dirty, high chairs with days old food stuck to them, sticky tables and the list goes on. Compared to other JIPs this place is just icky. The staff always is rude, and seems like they don’t want to help you. Like I said the only reason we go there is because the games.

We just moved into the area last week and decided to go to Incredible johns on Valentine’s day. Worst mistake ever and the worst one I have been to. This one was very filthy, floors were so grimy and empty tables not cleared off. The location very small and just looked like a dive. the one in Montclair and Moreno Valley felt very home like compared to this one. We had to get someone to clean off the tables before we ate, then when we asked this rude employee said there should be someone in that area and he was very snappy. If your in the area with the family, spare yourself the trouble and go to Scandia. We didn’t even head over to the games because of the vibe we got while eating. Also food was very cold, only one that wasn’t was bow chicken but it was a special request.

This Location is much smaller than others, with minimal number of games and rides. The food is good but not maintained well. Place was not even full but saw empty food trays here and there not filled up promptly. Their fried chicken is excellent but brings out 10 pcs at a time and if you are not quick, they disappear in seconds. You will end up waiting another 20 minutes or so for another round. There is really no other choice around this town for decent family fun and food. That maybe only reason why people would consider this place. If you come here thinking the same mood as other John’s, you are in for a surprise.

Will never come here again. Big rip off, broken air conditioning in 100 degree weather, and rude staff. I spent over $ 100 for my 7 year olds birthday and didn’t get that many ctedits. My sons head came to the bottom of the height line, but it was at the line for the bumper cars, and they wouldn’t let him ride. To top off the bumper car ride, only 3 of the cars were in service and the rest were broken.

We’ve been coming to John’s since it opened several years ago. It’s all-you-can-stuff-yourself pizza, pasta, salad and dessert bar. Pasta bar was well stocked, fresh and at the proper temperature. Salad bar was also fresh and appealing. Pizzas were well stocked, too. They have downsized the actual sizes of the pizza in recent years, probably to cut down on waste, but the taste is still good. They also updated their«hot foods» bar to now include mashed potatoes, gravy, rice pilaf and drumsticks. They also offer steamed(and slightly buttered) veggies. The veggies are located in the pasta bar rather than with the other hot foods. Not sure the reasoning. Their dessert bar also offers a good selection of cookies, rice krispie treats, cinnamon rolls, peach tarts, brownie bites and soft serve ice cream. When they first opened the cinnamon rolls were HUGE — now they’re regular size. Get creative and put some vanilla soft serve in a cup and then fill it up with root beer for a float or put a brownie in a bowl, top with soft serve and then some chocolate syrup and nuts. We generally sit in the sports room. They have 5TV’s in the sports room and there’s usually two channels on. Although somewhat attentive, you can’t usually find a bus person. Not sure why — perhaps they’re doing double-duty somewhere else? Tables are usually clean and wiped down. If you’re going at a busy time(Friday evening, weekends), there’s usually a small line. I would like to see a third cashier open. Usually there are only two cashiers.

Solid pizza buffet. I only came here for the pizza buffet this time. I picked up a few slices of fresh pizza and requested a specialty pizza to be made. I chowed down on some deep fried chicken and soup waiting for my hot pizza. The spicy peanut butter pizza will always be my favorite. Well worth the 10 minute wait. I grabbed a soft serve cone on the way out to complete my meal. I didn’t go to the games this time around, so no comment on them. 3.5 stars rounded to 4.

Came in on a Friday evening and all of the food was proper temperature and well prepared. Husband and I were stuffed just from trying bits of everything. Their game room and one ride(bumper cars) is a little lackluster with only a handful of actual arcade games and a bunch of frustrating ticket games. Definitely come for the food.
