The store manager, Ana, is rude and offensive. I came in to return a shirt that was too big and she accused me of wearing it even though the tags were attached to the outside of the shirt because it «smelled». I don’t know where she was trained in customer service because she clearly has no skills in it whatsoever. I will never shop here again due to the blatant disrespect and offensiveness of the employees.
