We have used High Desert Alarm for many years and we have found them friendly and easy to talk to if we had a problem. It’s really nice to deal with a company that’s local with people that you can trust in your home who has been in the high desert for a long time. I would never hesitate to tell someone who wanted an alarm system to call High Desert Alarm.

Awesome company! We were in need of an alarm system quickly and they were out the very next day. The service and professionalism of the installer Michael was impeccable. Michael took his time to explain and walk me through the system. Family owned and operated and it shows, they truly care about others. They offer the newest technology in security at affordable pricing. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Beware of this company. After cancelling their service, their service technician came to my business to remove their equipment and deliberately destroyed the new alarm system equipment installed by my new company. I had to pay significant expenses to repair the damage at my business caused by their technician willfully destroying my property. Even after discussing this with the company, they are still insisting on collecting an early termination fee and are now threatening legal action to collect their fee. It’s shocking to see a business behave in this manner.

Mel and his team are great to work with. I’ve known their family for over 20 years and every time I need them they are there. it’s been great to have a local company to work with over the big box store that doesn’t give a damn. highly recommended.

Not very customer service oriented. Difficult and delayed in responding to customer questions and orientation to their service. The service tech was exceptionally arrogant/​rude. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Seems their entire business has a weird negativity trickle.
Hard to imagine.

Bad business policies !
I was with this company for 10 years
I lost my job and had to cancel my contract. Tried to negotiate a soloution but they would not.
They charged me for my full system price took me to court and put a lien on my house.
Thanks alot for kicking a long term customer to the curb !

I just started my third year with hi desert alarm and i can’t be happier with not only the alarm system but with the service i originally had ADT but that was a nightmare so was the contractor they sent out called: total watch security dont bother with them especially if the house/​cabin you need protected is in the desert area.
