Blinds Express and More

I ordered two blinds through Costco which used this firm. At first they seemed very responsive. The rep, Christy, came out within a few days to measure and told me to expect approx a four week turnaround. After a month passed, I left several messages for her. When she finally called back she explained that she could not fulfill part of the order and I could cancel or she would look into alternative options. I asked her why it took so long to tell me this and she explained she was dealing with a family matter. When I asked about the remainder of the order, she said she would get back to me. She never did. I called her two more times but never heard back. I contacted the owner of the company who seemed surprised but made no apologies for Christy’s lack of follow through. The owner explained that the vendor was missing data so they still hadn’t cut the blind. Clearly no one was monitoring the order. If I didn’t stay on top of them, I’d still be waiting. Finally eight weeks after placing the order, our blind was delivered. Looks great but not sure the savings was worth the wait.

Remarkable service. The blinds installed in our rental home look beautiful. Turn around time was incredibly quick from the time that we ordered to the time they were installed. I plan to use Blinds Express and More the next time that I need window coverings without a doubt!
