Action Automotive Service Center

I’m in shock! I called this morning to find out the price of 40k service, the representative who answered my call seemed as if he would be a potential great find for Volvo Service… but he was not! I was given a price for an oil change which was fair, but when I asked about additional items (cabin filter, engine filter) pricing I was told he didn’t have time to quote me for those items. I said I understand, could he please make note of what I needed and get back with me? He began to tell me how he does not have time for that??? I told him I am able to wait for his pricing… He told me he’ll never have time. I offered to purchase the filters myself and have him install… I was told «I would not install them for you» they he hung up… Who runs business in this manner?

Got my smog checked here. Great service. Showed up early and was in and out in no time. I’ll definitely come back.

I came in to get a smog check/​oil change. Terrible service and professionalism. The workers were coming in and out of the office using a lot of profanity and calling each other «douchbags» in front of customers. I do not understand how this place receives or keeps business. I highly do not recommend action automotive. On top of all that the work took a long time and was very price $$$.

On my way to the river from Rancho Cucamonga, CA on a Friday in the late afternoon, the A/​C in my Volvo stopped working. Used an app and searched for Volvo while coming down the Cajon Pass. Found this shop and mapped my way there. They immediately took the car in and figured out the problem. While there had the car serviced, all filters changed and the most important thing my A/​C charged and ready to go. A/​C was the coldest ever in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this shop and will use again now that I know where they are.

Fastest and easiest smog experience I’ve ever had. $ 40, in and out in 10 minutes. No hasstle, no complaints, no bs. I recommend and will use again.

I do not recommend this guy at all! I went to get my car smogged. He told me he couldn’t smog my car today. OK. Fine. I wouldnt give him a bad review for that. But when I asked him if there were any other smog stations he could recommend in the area, he got very rude and ordered me out of his shop. You should only come here if you want to deal with the rudest person you will ever meet in your life.
