To start off, SCS is always clean and yes they do have a variety of flavors, which gives them the upper hand here in town as the«#1 Vape Store.» But here lately I find myself dreading going in there. I just looked at the pictures of the staff and it’s not Jai or Kelly M, they are always friendly. There is another girl there and she’s always so short on answering questions, she almost makes me feel stupid. It’s not just me, there has been times I’d be waiting in line to be helped and I just don’t know, she just seems rude. Her tone of voice so to speak. I don’t know her name but she has long dark Brown hair, pale complected with colored eyes. I don’t even care to get her name the few times she has helped me. About 2 weeks I guess some construction was going on and I’m assuming it was the owner? I hope anyway, just barged in the door and was literally screaming at the girls to clean the glass. All while they were with customers? Maybe it’s just me but I can’t STAND when people get loud in public, owner or not. Is it necessary to talk that loudly? And bark out orders in that way when customers are waiting or being helped? She was also cussing in the back, we all cuss, but please-be quiet. Nothing worse than trying to ask a question to a worker and then have someone screaming at them. Why not wait until we are done? Literally ruined the whole conversation. Everyone else seems to be courteous and patient.

The first day I went I was helped by someone who didn’t really seem like she was standing in front of me. As I looked at everything she just stared at the case with the products. I asked the few questions I knew to ask and she answered with as little information as possible. I haven’t been smoking these long enough to know the right questions to ask and she just didn’t seem very willing to help. When I asked if some of the products were superior to others in quality all she replied with is «it’s just personal preference». I eventually picked something and a flavor and made my purchase. I got home and the cig started leaking. I know it wasn’t my fault because she was the one who filled it at the store. I cleaned it up hoping it wouldn’t happen again but it did. I went back the next day and spoke with different girl. She wasn’t very helpful either. I was upset that I spent that money on something that was faulty and they refused a refund and she wasn’t very friendly in helping me with this problem. She did change the coil and said that it would fix the problems I was facing with the cig. I then had to ask her how to charge or change the battery because the girl from the day before didn’t even mention a charger. As much as I hated it I had to spend another $ 8 for the battery charger. I will never go back to this place again. I went to Southern 7 Vapors and the experience was so much better including customer service(super friendly and very knowledgeable) and more than ready to help and answer all questions without making me feel like I should already know that. I ended up purchasing another tank from them after the great experience. Don’t go to SCS, Southern 7 Vapors is where it’s at.
