One of the poorest ran stores I have ever been to.
Staff was virtually ignorant in the field of customer service.
If I am paying almost 2 dollars per page for a fax to be sent, it should not take almost 30 minutes for 23 pages to go through your professional grade machine.

This location is much like every other Office Depot I have ever been in.
There was one distinct difference, the staff.
I have never encountered rudeness at any location but the staff at this location went above the norm.
I was looking for something specific and was taken to the section containing what I was looking for and then given advice as to what selection I should make. The suggestion was not the most expensive or most popular but exactly what I needed and at a price that was less than what I was willing to pay.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. These people are really there to help.
