Have had very good experience with this newly refurbished UPS location, expanded to accommodate higher volume and more intricate printing requests. Staff is pleasant, and innovative. Manager goes out of his way to help. Owner knows the value of customer satisfaction. Graphic designers are creative and are sensitive to the demands deadlines place on all of us. Overall, an excellent business experience!

Awful service. Really unhappy about spending 40 minutes after a long work day waiting for these employees to figure out how to ship a box for me. If the owner/​manager doesn’t plan on being here, they should really train their employees if they’re going to be left alone.
At least they finally got it done.
