Macarollin

So, I’m not sure if BBQ is new to Macarollin or not, but either way they should remove it from their menu. It was nasty. It tasted like something from out of a TV dinner. It was very fatty, over half of it was nothing but fat. The beans were also nasty and I could not eat them. The Mac and cheese although not the best was the star of the show.
The girl taking my order was great, very nice and moved quickly. The girl in the back however stood in the doorway for no reason for at least 3 minutes prior to coming up to make my food and two other people’s food.
The owners need to wake up. The other places in the mall are busy. Macarollin, not so much!

Ate at the Eastview food court location. We had an Amazon local certificate to use. We ordered the regular Mac and cheese and a buffalo Mac and cheese. It was good Mac and cheese but nothing out of this world about it. I prefer grilled chicken to smoked pulled chicken. I like Empires buffalo Mac and cheese better.

I’ve had the Lobster Mac and Cheese from the Macarollin food truck before and loved it. It was probably the best mac and cheese i’ve had. Fresh lobster, perfectly cooked macaroni, and the breadcrumbs on top were the perfect topper. So recently we were visiting the Eastview mall and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had opened up in the food court.
I ordered the steak and cheese mac. I’m not kidding when I say this was even better than the truck and definitely best I’ve had anywhere. The chopped steak was tender and seasoned well along with peppers and onions. The real winner was the BBQ sauce that topped this delicious mac and cheese. Wait. BBQ sauce on steak and cheese? Sounds terrible… No it’s not, it’s awesome. Yes, it’s strange but it works and makes this steak mac and cheese so damn good.
My wife had the lobster mac and it was just as good as the food truck. Good portion of lobster cooked perfectly.
Macarollin is awesome. Do you want to be awesome too? If the answer is yes, then get your butt over to Macarollin. Maybe some of that awesomeness will rub off. A utopia of awesomeness awaits. Do it!

What is this? Gourmet what? Wet noodles for $ 6.00?
