I was so excited when victor finally got a Dunkin donuts, I shouldn’t have been so excited bc I don’t go there bc the people are horrible. I ordered a regular black tea with milk. And the girl was arguing with me in the drive thru that if I wanted black tea, I didn’t want milk in it. Ok, so different teas go by color for example black tea green tea orange tea… Nothing to do with your milk or sugar. I realize it’s Dunkin donuts and not Starbucks… But I thought saying «black tea» to someone who works there. Would not be so much to ask that they understood that. The girl was more interested in telling me how wrong I was that I literally drove away from the DRIVE THRU! And went to Tim Horton’s …

The only thing they can get right is a black coffee. A bagel with a little butter comes slathered with an inch of paste. It got tossed.

We have experienced horrible service repeatedly at this location. The prices are always wrong, I rarely get my order, as requested, and when I’ve asked for help, I receive a nasty attitude and snarky comments. It’s frustrating, disappointing and quite frankly, I don’t enjoy getting my coffee from there. For a dollar or two more, I can get treated better at Starbucks and I will be driving out of my way to do so.

Pretty good. The counter service was a little weird. They have one person get your drink order, and then you have to tell the other guy what you ordered, and then pay him. The service was nice, though. The young folk behind the counter were friendly, if seemingly new to the job.
This Dunkin also has a drive-​thru! So, if you forgot to put your pants on or something, that’s an option.
