So this is the 2nd time I have been there. The first time I had the Cape Cod Sammy and it was awesome! This time I got a salad. Now, I am the person that will look at a menu 85 times before i actually go to the place to order things, its a fear of ordering the wrong thing and missing out, at least that’s what i think it is. After studying the menu I deiced to go on my lunch break and get the Harvest Salad. It has mixed greens, no iceberg in this bad boy, cranberries, walnuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, apples, crumbly blue cheese and I added chicken! This salad was amazing! It was huge, well worth the price and super super fresh! If you are in the area, this place is definitively worth stopping by and grabbing a sammy or a salad!

I have driven by Cole & Parks many times and finally had the opportunity to eat here this week. I went for breakfast and I really, really wanted to love it, but it was just«eh». I ordered the French Toast Bake, which sounded marvelous when I read the description. I was somewhat dissapointed. I anticipated the dish to be moist and a little bit lighter. The bread used(cinnamon bread) is very dense and heavy, and even tasted a little stale and overall, the dish did not have much flavor. The French Toast Bake was served to me at nearly room temperature, and it really could have been served much warmer. On the way out I grabbed a cup of their brewed coffee, the dark roast option(Pirate Bold I believe?) and it was good. I stopped in today around 12:30pm and grabbed a coffee and cookie to go. I picked up the same coffee that I had yesterday and the coffee today was lukewarm at best, which I didn’t find out until I was in the car and driving away. My molasses cookie looked great and again, I have to admit a dissapointment — it was not very flavorful overall. I’m not quitter though, I plan to return and try lunch. I’m curious about the Lobster Bisque that looks to be well loved. I will certainly update my review after that visit. **Revision** 01÷24÷16 Upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars. Since my original review, I have been back 2 more times, both for breakfast. The Brulee Steel Cut Oats are AMAZING and delicious. I made the mistake of getting a Medium and it was too much. The Small is just right. Sweet and crunchy on top, and the Oats are cooked just right! I also tried a blueberry scone, which was flavorful and not dry(my usual trepidation about scones.) I have to say overall, I want to give at least 4 stars, but I just can’t due to inconsistency in the coffee. I have gotten the Pirate’s Bold on two more occasions and once it was great and the next it was weak. Get the coffee together so I can give you 4 stars. Please! I still have to try the Lobster Bisque though…
