This place! Sipping wine on a gorgeous spring day next to the mighty Ohio River is my idea of heaven! I was lucky enough to visit with a whole busload of my girlfriends, and Greg did a great job serving us our tasting on the deck instead of us crowding the tasting room(as we usually do)! He was so funny and personable which just added to the ambiance. They also have two of the cutest welcoming committee members I’ve ever seen(two shih-tzus!) by the names of Honda & Toyota. Like many Indiana wineries, they only have a small selection of dry wines but plenty of semi-sweet and sweet! However, the Dam View red is just wonderful since it ages in a bourbon barrel which imparts that wonderful aroma and taste that only bourbon can bring. I think almost everyone in our group brought a bottle of that home! The surrounding area is rural so I kind of wish that the surroundings were a bit better on the non-river side, but if you’re focused on the river, you don’t really notice! It’s a long way from where I live, but hopefully I’ll get a chance to return and enjoy again!

This place was amazing! We came in for a friends 30th birthday, and it was the perfect start to a great weekend! The entire staff treated us so kindly, we even got served by the owner at one point! The wine was great, merchandise was adorable, views of the river were spectacular, and i cannot say enough about the staff! We will be back for sure!

What a lovely spot! The owners were amazing and absolutely hysterical!!! Enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the river with some new friends! Had an awesome time chatting with the other patrons! I liked their classy red Merlot!!! The black Jack though was perfect for a hot summer day! I’ll definitely stop back through next time I’m this way!

Quaint little winery located right on the Ohio river! They have an AWESOME sweet wine selection, my favorite is the blueberry. They have a beautiful deck with ample seating that overlooks the river. Tasting is free, the owners live onsite and the winery is attached to their home. Very friendly and funny people, we were made to feel very welcome here. The tasting area is relatively small but nice.

We were greeted by the nicest lady at this tasting room. It was snowing so there weren’t a lot of people here. All the wines we tasted were good but my favorite was the Rural Cool Riesling. It wasn’t too sweet. I drink mostly dry wines so most Rieslings are too sweet for my taste. This winery is one of the wineries on the Indiana Wine trail.
