This company is the worst company to remodel your house; He started a project back in March of 2012 that should have taken three months to finish. It has been a year and he did not finish the project and with no end determined or insight, I had to fire him. I paid him 95% of the total cost and he left me with a 50% incomplete project. Now I have decided to finish it myself. On top of that, I found out from witnesses in the neighborhood that he was removing materials from my house and installing them on his house that was three houses down from my house including (plumbing fixtures, plumbing fittings, drywall, insulation, hardwood flooring, building jacks, tiles, and a lot more). I even received an anonymous tip from an employee who felt what was going on was wrong, that he was returning materials I had purchased to get materials again for his own home. I am currently speaking with many of the subcontractors he hired because they are saying they never received payment for invoices I paid to the contractor. He is a very dishonest man, I found out that the town of Vestal put a stop work order on his house because he did not have workers comp insurance for his workers. I found out from anonymous employees that he had a worker fall to his death of a roof at another job. Fortunately that did not happen at my house. He was supposed to change the shingles on my roof but instead all he did was install the new shingles over the existing shingles without removing the old. Sadly it has come to the point that I am proceeding into the court system to try and recover some of my money as well as make them aware of this persons business practices. All that being said I hope this review helps and prevents other people in the future from being taken advantage of as I feel I was.
