We are very happy with the service we received from Zerorez. It’s safe and my carpet is very clean — cleaner than using a rented carpet cleaner. The price point for their service is reasonable. It’s worth it to me that my cats can walk on it and I don’t have to worry about watching them when it dries licking their paws and getting a mouthful of chemicals.

We were VERY happy with the super friendly service, price point, and effectiveness of Zerorez carpet cleaning. And the best part is their «green» approach — no chemicals, yet the carpets are perfectly clean now. Our house doesn’t stink and I am not sick from the chemicals, unlike other carpet cleaners in the past. I will use them again and again!

This is the best carpet cleaning service/​experience we’ve ever had. They don’t use any weird chemicals or fragrances. The carpet doesn’t get soaked too much so it doesn’t take long to dry. And since there isn’t any soap residue, it doesn’t attract dirt and stays cleaner, longer. Highly recommend.
Update 2÷4÷16: We’ve had them back to clean our carpets again and they did an excellent job. A few days after the cleaning, our dog had an «accident» on the carpet. We asked Zerorez to come back and they didn’t charge us for the additional touch up. Special thanks to Jose’ for his exemplary service!
