These guys are GREAT, friendly and very personable. I’m a 60 yr. old woman who was traveling alone from south Georgia to northern Wisconsin, Sept. 9. When in the Kentucky hills my 36 ft. class A motor home busted the serpentine belt. Calling Good Sam’s Roadside Assistance, they got ahold of RBI to tow me in for repair. RBI, also informed Good Sam’s that the repair place found by Good Sam’s wouldn’t be able to do a proper job, on my RV. (Looking out to make sure things are done right) After a hard time finding the right belt for my year, make and model RV, and verifying that there was nothing else damaged from the belt, the guys had me back on the road. Thanks guys for the reassurance that my RV was ok, and that I would make my destination.
