Horrific customer service; was recently charged for things they were not able to charge for 2 months back. They didn’t even reach out to me to let me know they were having problems with their website and payment systems.
I will never return to them as a vendor.

This company is great! I had forgotten to buy badge ribbons for a sci-​fi convention that was less than a week away, and was frantically searching for them. I struggled to find a place that even sold badge ribbons, much less one that could get them to me in only a few days. PC/​Nametag not only had exactly what I wanted and offered 2 day shipping, but also quickly corrected a mistake I made in the delivery address. Thanks to them, my lack of forethought shall again go unpunished!

I’ve been dealing with PCNameTag since 2007. We put on a yearly event where we need nametag blanks and badge holders.
PCNametag has been consistently great, responsive to questions and quick.
I felt a need to post this today because I ordered my usual order today. I got the response email that my order had been received at 9:28am. I got an email that my order had been shipped at 10:21am. LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! INSANE!
Now, I hope I’m not setting the bar too high — they don’t usually do it this fast, but it’s always been a very fast turnaround and they have never messed up my order.

PS: So far, there are only two reviews here, and they’re both very positive. This is unusual, as for businesses like this one, only the gripers tend to post. This shows how good this company really is!
