I went to their shop to order jackets for my team. I actually found a jacket that I liked on their rack and asked for size options. They said that they were busy with Christmas orders (it was mid-​December) and asked if I could come back in mid-​January. I called in mid-​Jan and asked about the jackets. «Still busy with Christmas orders. We’ll call you when the jackets some in.» Now it’s late February and I’ve heard nothing. I called them back and they said, (not kidding here), «Well, we’re still digging out of our Christmas business… but we tried several suppliers… and no, no we don’t have those jackets, no.»
Very poor service. Very poor, actually non-​existent communication. They could not do the simplest thing: get different sizes of a jacket THEY HAD ON THE RACK. I wasn’t asking for custom work or a on-​off order. I just wanted to see a jacket in a different size.
I’ll never go back. Businesses like this deserve to fail.
