I am not surprised to see such low rating for this office after I cancel my appointment with them. They will not see the patient without an actual insurance card even though It was an emergency and My daughter’s eye was all swollen & I have a copy and assure them I will provide the actual card later because my husband has the card with him & he works in NYC. They said to come back 2 days later when we have the card with us. What good is it if you are in pain right now? This is one of those doctor whose occupation is to make money and not to help or cure anyone. I am so glad i found another doctor whose willing to see her right away nearby. Don’t go there!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Davidson after coming here for a few years due to convenience. I will never, EVER step foot in this office after my experience today. The front receptionist is so nasty, you can not get a smile, please or thank you out of her if you paid her. My appointment was set for 930; 10 people after me and 2 hours later I am still here, unattended to. this is the most ridiculous service I have ever received, do not waste your time or money on this optometrist.

This was one of the worst experiences with a doctor in my life. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. At one point I walked up to the front desk to check in and the nurse looks up and says«What do YOU want?» The front staff misplaced my records at one point and I heard them blaming each other and bickering. I think it ended up being there, they just overlooked it. Dr. Davidson was no better. He was arrogant, refused to answer my questions, and constantly interrupted me as I tried to get an understanding of what he was doing to me. He would go in and out of my room without telling me what he was doing or where he was going and then I would here him talking to another patient. I would be sitting there waiting for him to come back. When he was with me, his staff would come in and ask questions about other patients. I wouldn’t go back to this office if you paid me.
