This place used to be really good. They changed the Chicken Franchese recipe, they make it with peppers now and the sauce is not what it used to be, and no longer making with mashed potatoes but with French fried potatoes, the pizza sauce is awful now — bitter tasting. The garlic knots — dry and garlic was no good. The lasagne — not recommending! Used to be so good — why they changed their recipes…

This is the first time I’ve tried this place, and I have to say what a wonderful surprise! This is not a fancy Italian restaurant/pizzeria, but rather a nice family style restaurant. I started with the pasta fagiole, which was good(because it was white, not red) but not great. I then ordered the eggplant appetizer as my main course, and it was delicious! The sauce was perfect and the stack of breaded eggplant together with mozzarella and prosciutto was more than enough to eat so don’t over order! I will waitress was great as well. We hope to be back soon and have added it to our Vero favorites.

Outstanding meal in the ‘pizzeria’ in a strip mall. This restaurant was recommended by ‘Mathiuwe’ at the front desk of the downtown Vero Beach Hampton Inn. My wife is gluten intolerant. She had the gluten free pizza and said it was the best she ever had. I order Salmon Ligourno and it was delicious. The service was good and prices reasonable. No fancy décor, casual dining experience. They serve beer and wine. Will definitely go back when in Vero Beach again.

Having been an Italian my entire 71 years, it is safe for me to say if the sauce is excellent, do is the food. Vincent’s sauce is comparable to my mother’s, which makes it the best. There veal is fork cut. If you like eggplant Parmesan this is the best I’ve ever had. How about spaghetti and meat balls. So good, you’ll think it’s Sunday. An Italian tradition was spaghetti and meatballs every Sunday. If you’re not Italian give it a try and you might become Italian. The waitresses are pleasant and very good. Eileen, Sandy and Dawn have been over 80 combined years. If you haven’t put it on your list. You won’t regret the decision.

We were visiting Vero Beach and found Vincent’s after our long traffic laden drive up here. We were all tired and starving. The staff at this neighborhood Italian joint took great care of us with great food and smiles on their faces. We ordered: Mozzarella Sticks-okay Garlic Rolls-very good! These are an item I do t usually indulge in, but I was so hungry that I has to have one. They were not too greasy with the perfect amount of Parmesan cheese. Caesar Salad-good with fresh shaved Parmesan. It could have used a bit more dressing. Garden Salad-I had read in reviews that the house dressing was good and it was. All the veggies on the salads were very fresh. Eggplant Appetizer-I cannot recall the name of this superb dish with eggplant, mozzarella, prosciutto, and tomato sauce. The sauce was do fresh it was basically like diced tomatoes. Excellent! Large Pizza-really good pizza with thin crispy crust the way I like it. My only comment would be that it could have used a tad more cheese. I do not like tons of cheese on my pizza but as far as crust/sauce/cheese ratio, the cheese was a little light Gnocchi with Meatballs-gnocchi is my 12 year old’s favorite dish so I always appreciate when a small Italian place has it. This gnocchi was just dense enough and very good. The meatballs were great. They did not taste frozen or processed. Overall, this was a very satisfying dinner(and lunch, as I am eating the leftovers right now!). We really have not enjoyed a meal in a local Italian Italian restaurant near our hour house as much as we enjoyed Vincent’s. I am not surprised that they have been open over 35 years!

Last time I was in Vero Beach was 6 months ago and we tried Vincent’s…the food was good so I was happy to return. Enjoyed another good meal at Vincent’s this evening. I ordered the same thing as last time. Caesar salad is very good– love the shaved parmeggiano cheese on top. Shared a pizza, which I liked very much. Waitress was pleasant and accomadating. Vincent’s is now one of my «go-to» restaurants when I visit Vero Beach.

We went on a wed night and were seated right away. Service and atmosphere was very good. I ordered shrimp and penne, it was good but could have been warmer. My wife ordered manicotti, the ends were dry and hard and had to ask for more sauce and it wasn’t very hot. She ordered a glass of Wine and it was from an old bottle and not drinkable. Next time I’d just get the pizza.

Vincent’s is a Vero Beach staple. Their dishes are incredible. I love the minestrone soup and pizza! They have a thin crust that is just the right mix of soft and crispy. All of the ingredients taste fresh and in the 15+ years of me going there, they have never messed up my order(even when I alter menu items they are so sweet!) Sandy and Elaine make you feel like family and if you’re a local, you’ll be sure to run into a neighbor.

First time visiting, and I was very happy with everything. I had the thin crust pizza which was delicious. My husband had the zuppa de peche and that was really good as well. Nice friendly service, great food.

The size here of the pizza is huge. The food is between good and great, the prices are reasonable, décor is 1980’s but clean and well kept. Wait staff was friendly, pleasant and even shared some insider jokes. A very nice lunch was had and enjoyed.

Tonight was my first time dining Vencent’s. My wife and I ordered take-out using a gift certificate that had been gifted to us for helping our neighbor. The staff was amazing. We ordered two Sicilian Works and an order of garlic rolls for take-out. The food was incredible. Pizzas were huge and loaded(two adults, three teenagers, fridge is full of leftovers), and the garlic rolls were tasty. This will be our pizza spot from now on. My only complaint is that we’ve lived in this area for over two years and never walked into the joint until tonight: P

Good service and awesome Sicilian pizza. We got it with sausage — very good, however, it is ENORMOUS. There were four very hungry people with us and we still brought a quarter of it home.

My husband and I have been going to Vincent’s for years, and have always had great, friendly service. My favorites are the chicken francaise, angel hair primavera, and eggplant parmigiana sub. Lately, I am trying to eat healthier so I have been getting the Vincent’s special salad — mixed greens, pepperoncini, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and roasted red peppers topped with a lemon pesto vinaigrette. I usually get it with chicken for a pretty filling meal. Most of the staff have been there for years and develop a friendly relationship with the customers. Their pizza is also delicious.

We Went to Vincent’s on Wednesday. My wife likes the place I don’t dislike it but I think its just fair. I had a passable Lasagna that was served warm not hat and bubbly. The tomato gravy was too sweet to my taste. My wife had Veal al Congnac, which was also served warm not hot. The menu said all entrees come with soup or salad and pasta or vegetables. She was never asked whether she wanted pasta or veggies and the dish was served with mashed potatoes. My wife questioned the server and was told it always comes with potatoes but offered to bring pasta which my wife wanted. If it weren’t for my wife liking the place I would not go back.

3 stars because a) I could get a comfy seat during the lung rush and b) it’s not over priced for restaurant style pizza. However, I was a little disappointed with the pizza crust; a little thin for my liking. If you are in a hurry — this is a great place for a quick bite. Or if you need a good value; I did see that they have a space that can be turned into a private function area. I can’t help but always look for that…

I love this restaurant. I’ve been coming here since I was little, and know the owner and servers quite well. The food has always been great! I’ll just give a snippet of my favorite foods from Vincent’s. — The pizza is thin and usually pretty crunchy. Any toppings are abundant. There isn’t a whole lot of sauce, and just enough cheese. — My favorite dish here is actually not cooked, but their antipasto salad because their house dressing is SO. GOOD. I wish I could buy the house dressing bottled. It is my favorite salad dressing of all time. — Their calzones are also great, albeit massive. It’s difficult to eat an entire one in one sitting(unless you’ve got a big appetite and stomach.) — Their garlic bread is simple but delicious. Fresh, fluffy rolls doused in olive oil, cheese, and garlic. How can you go wrong?! There are plenty of other great dishes here(meatball sub, eggplant parm, pasta primavera…) that are worth a try, but really, I can say with confidence you should be able to order anything off of the menu that sounds good to you and be happy. Just the other day they had a crab cake lunch special, and the crab cakes were so fresh, large, and tasty I could not have been more pleased to take a step away from my usual order! Bottom line: eat here. You won’t leave disappointed.
