Marco’s Pizza

Almost 5-​stars? Opinions on pizza is like a belly button — we all got one… However, I fancy myself to be a pizza fan. I am picky about toppings, sauce and crust. A colleague was eating some leftover pizza and explained it was from Marco’s at which point I almost put my royal snobbish pizza nose in the air and walked off; then she said, «they have OLD WORLD PEPPERONI». I stopped in my tracks; I’ve not seen the little peps that curl along the edges while baking since my LEDO’s days at the U of MD (and last July while in VA at a franchise LEDO’s). So I dallied into Marco’s one evening and ordered a thin crust with OLD WORLD PEPPERONI and italian sausage. Last night I got my second pie. I ordered on-​line (there’s a $ 3 coupon when ordering $ 15+ online, Save3Web). This time I ordered extra sauce and well done. It was good but don’t do well-​done; it’s closer to nearly burnt. The only thing that might make this a better pie; if they used fresh dough. They appear to be using a frozen dough for the thin crust; I can’t speak to the regular crust…

Awesome! Pizza taste great. They deliver, and its not incredibly expensive.

Excellent pizza, fast and friendly service… Admittedly we usually only order online then pick it up to go, but no issues with website nor pick up… I’m not much of a pizza fan, but by golly this pizza is delicious! I’ve tried my standby cheese pizza and the chicken Tucson pizza… Both blew my tastebuds outta the water!

Marcos is the best. Their pizza is always fresh and delicious. My fav is the deluxe uno. I order it everytime. Their subs are delicious as well. They always send me customer appreciation coupons, which I enjoy. They take pride in their pizza. The only pizza I don’t like so far is the one with two kinds of pepperoni. It makes the pizza extremely greasy. Other than that, Marcos deserves 5 stars!!!

Don’t waste your time of money at this location.
I’ve called and attempted to order pizza delivery on three occasions. The first time I was told that they were out of propane and couldn’t cook anything. That is just bad business management. The second and third times I was informed that their only delivery person was busy and it will be a while if I wanted delivery. They tried to talk me into picking it up instead. Well, I ride a motorcycle and it would present a challenge to negotiate Vero Beach traffic on a motorcycle while holding on to two large pizzas.
Needless to say, I’ve given them three shots and they’ve failed to perform just once. That’s pathetic. I’ll never call them again. Big Apple Pizza has come through foe me and they’ve earned my loyalty.
