Took in my iPhone 5 the other day all torn apart because I attempted to replace a the charger/​mic/​speaker assembly and couldn’t get it all back together. Took it in and the tech had it reassembled in under an hour for around 30 bucks. Would recommend to a friend.

If I could give them negative stars I would. April 29, 2014 I took my ad there to get a cracked screen fixed. Told me it would take 24 hrs to repair. I went back nearly a dozen times for 2 months it was never fixed, and on top of it they have damaged it to the point that the screen was not responsive! All around the edges of the device are all damaged and bent like they used some sort of tool to pry out the glass, the screen was not glued to the device, the mute switch no longer works. This was the service I got when I just needed to fix the screen!!! They destroyed the rest of the machine!!! It was sent away to get fixed again for 2 weeks and finally they sent it back to me. The screen responds ok, but is still peeling back, the edges are all damaged and the mute button no longer works. They don’t answer phone calls, emails or texts, they are always on vacation, always an excuse. When I told them they have to replace my damaged iPad they told me «people make mistakes, don’t you». This place is ridiculous and have never dealt with such poor customer service and incompetent people in my life. Definitely will be pursuing them to the fullest.

Horrible!!! I wouldn’t take my dogs collar there to get fixed! I was told it would take an hour to replace my cracked screen. As I sat in the food court waiting into the 90 minute mark, I watched their tech sit around with kids from the mall, chit chatting and playing around, sitting in the chair in the back room carrying on. 3 hours later, I got my phone back, all while trying to entertain my 3 year old, which he knew I had! My phone was not fixed, tech told me the lines running across my screen would go away… really?! Needless to say, I was back the very next day to have it replaced again, by the same tech, and my phone hasn’t been the same since! Going today to take to a different shop that fixes i4s’.
