I have always shopped at the brooks brothers store in Vero beach for myself and my husband. We have always had very positive experiences. However, Just today, I went into the store and purchased some sale items. The woman Lisa threw the clothing into a ripped shopping bag, not bothering to refold the items. I have never been treated with such disrespect in an upscale clothing store. Lisa needs to learn how to treat a customer.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really like their polos here. They are comfortable and come in a variety of sizes, colors, and fittings. I like the classic fit myself. I woll be back when more colors come available.

Located in the Vero Beach Outlets close to I-​95. I needed some business shirts while traveling and found this location by going to the Brooks Brothers website. I was concerned the outlet mall itself would not be very nice but its actually a good outlet mall and seemed reasonably up to date with other good stores.
The Brooks Brothers store itself was staffed by two very friendly sales people, a man and a woman. The lady helped me find a couple of shirts and asked good questions about the style and color of my suit then made sure I did not also forget shoes, belt, etc.
Their selection was just as good as any other BB store I’ve been to and I will remember this store when in this part of Florida on business again since the nearby mall is very lacking in business attire.
