Stay away. They were the installers for a complete HVAC system. They were subcontracted from a big box store. They arrived late for the qc prior to the inspection. They did not call for the inspection until after they were called a second time. The system failed inspection due to a incorrect breaker size in the brekaer panel. Then it took forever for them to come back to install the correct breaker. They did not answer the phone and would not return messages. Never again.

Great service. Used this company through Home Depot, the were able to fit me in the same day to service my AC/​Heater. They were able to fix the system and had them return the next day to properly install the unit and insulate the unit as well. The technicians Daniel B and TJ P. were very personable and it looks better aesthetically as well. This should get me longer life out of the unit which is great. Very pleased with everything and will use them for future needs

I purchased a new dishwasher from another company and the installer noticed a significant amount of corrosion on the valves and recommended that I hire a plumber to replace the parts. I used ARS in the past for air conditioning service and was satisfied so I decided to hire them again to do the plumbing work. The plumber came out and replaced the valves.
I had also been having some minor dripping and corrosion problems with my 11 yr old kitchen faucet and asked him if he had any replacement parts. Of course, he did so I selected the product I wanted and he installed it. I feel like all the faulty parts in my kitchen have been repaired or replaced by a professional.

The two men came and replaced my central A/​C system. They knew what they were doing right from the start. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and they cleaned up everything. There was a problem with my house wiring, and they fixed that, too. It was a big job, but they got it done in six hours.
I was impressed.
No worries here. These are good people.

When my recently installed new kitchen faucet started leaking I called ARS/​Rescue Rooter. They offered to send someone out immediately. Since that did not fit into my schedule and the leak was dripping into the sink, not the floor, I requested service for the following day. Their plumbing specialist, Timothy, was at my house promptly at 9:00 a.m. He discovered that a quality control problem of my Delta brand faucet was causing the leak. This was not a part that was visible during installation. However, he quickly diagnosed the problem, made the correction, and solved the leak.
Once again, the prompt and courteous service provided by Tim at ARS would lead me to ask for him the next time my house has any plumbing issues.

The only thing this company has going for it, is that they arrived on time. The service technician was quick to tell us that our system needed to be completely changed and that the air handler was in bad shape. He quoted us over $ 3400 to clean just the air handler!!! Then he said the heater wouldn’t kick in.
We had another amazing company come in to give us a second opinion. He assured us that was everything was in good shape, the air handler was not needing of any repairs, and the heating just needed the switch to be reconnected.
ARS/​Rescue Rooter are just sales people looking to con the next victim! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Tommy did a great service check on my new AC system. It was pouring rain but he still worked on replacing the condensate PVC pipe and he was totally careful about my light colored carpeting by wearing shoe covers when he returned inside. He also did the duct sanitizing process and made sure I would pass the building official permit inspection the next day. Thanks, Tommy.

Jeremy and his partner came to house at the exact time they were suppose to arrive and worked hard all day putting in a new air condition system in our bedroom. What was above and beyond was that we ordered the system Wednesday late afternoon because our old one had quit and they were here the next morning. They were both very professionals and very personable. They cleaned up their mess and explained it in details. I am very impressed with the whole team at ARS. Job well done guys. I was very disappointed in ARS Rescue Rooter due to their price gouging me on labor cost. I had them do a routine maintenance on my air conditioner and had them look at my AC Blower which was not working. The blower replacement was covered under warranty so the part was free. After carefully reviewing the receipt I realized ARS charged me approximately $ 284.00 dollars just for labor. I disputed the charge with their company and their reply was because of their great service that’s why they charge 3 times the going rate for labor. ARS Rescue Rooter should me ashamed of themselves price gouging the customer; price gouging me a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I will never use ARS Rescue Rooter again, and I will let everyone who ask how they Price Gouge the customer. I guess they are more interested in profit than satisfied customers. I would rate them a zero if that was an option.
