Terrible waiting periods. Staff are more concerned about their Christmas gifts and not raking care d patients. Young girl behind counter was extremely disrespectful and condescending. Just go right to the hospital… a complete waste of time.

Receptionist was pleasant and professional. Dr Patel was extremely nice and professional. Nurse was just «ok’, not particularly friendly or personable. Atmosphere on the whole was professional. Wait was long but to be expected in an urgent care. Its where you go if you can’t get to your own doctor and not an emergent situation.
