Didn’t eat here. Wanted the avocado veggie burger. Was told they were too busy to make it. Walked out.

One of the most delicious burger which I ate around vernon, ca. I will advise to try 50⁄50. It is colossal and tasty.

I love the food here but ordering is always a disaster. They have forgotten salad dressings, meat patties, french fries or always something else. I have eaten here at least 10 times and they have a ratio of 20⁄80 in making a mistake. Just double check if you buy to go. Otherwise food is plentiful, and fresh. This is my favorite place in dirty stinking Vernon.

Their burger was huge but the taste was average. The chicken bowl was also huge, but again, just average. Their truffle fries were good though. I went there for lunch on a Friday and had to wait 20 minutes for my order, which I thought was way too long for 3 items. Place was quite hot too, their AC was probably turned too high.

I had the chicken teriyaki bowl. It was satisfying but could have had less stringy meat on the chicken. The veggies were a little overcooked and the rice was saturated with juice which is not the ideal way to eat steamed rice. Although it sounds like i’m complaining(sorry) I did enjoy this place. My eyes also enjoyed the Enzo Angus burger my friend had. Lost of variety in this place and will definitely go again.

Service is terrible. Its hot inside. They are too cheap to turn on their ac. Its bloody 95degrees outside. Asked to blast ac and they gave me some bullshit excuse. Takes forever to get your food. Sucks cause food is pretty good

Food is good but the service is terrible. We have been waiting for over 30 mins for our food. They had forgotten our orders. Usually the service is not this bad. I don’t think I’ll be back again

A few selected coworkers and I «the lunch squad» love coming here, they have a great selection of sashimi plates, salads and burgers, not to mention the wide variety of sauces and ketchup displayed in there counter. They are a little slow bringing out food and once in a while might make a mistake while taking your order but we put up with it because of the awesome food. It’s a must try!

Finally back. Might be better than I last had it. I’ve tried the korean BBQ plate as well as the chicken teriyaki plate. Both absolutely amazing. Best plates I’ve had in the Vernon area. The kbbq plate was especially good. Marinated so well and the sauce mixed with the rice just has so much flavor to it. Dish comes with salad as well as another side. I like to get fruit. Overall the plates were absolutely fantastic. One of my top places to eat in vernon. As well as this plaza itself.

I’m not the idiot that makes the salmon salad, but I am an idiot for believing the first three times they chopped French fries into my salmon salad that it was a mistake. FRENCHFRIESARENOTCROUTONS! If I wanted fries I would’ve ordered a damn burger. Underneath the salmon is probably a small order of fries. Seriously, if I ordered a salad do you think I want some greasy ass fries to go with it?

There isn’t much variety in the area, so it’s a good thing Enzo opened up. I Had the burger there. It reminds me of a low budget Umami burger. Not a bad thing at all. You can’t compare the two taste wise because I’d put UMAMI over this but the burger does taste good and it’s better than any of the burger joints around Vernon. The wait time isn’t bad either as the food came out really fast.

Basic summary: Above average food, poor service. The menu consists of Asian food with burgers and salads here at Enzo. The quality of the food is good, perhaps the best in the immediate area. Most dishes are reasonably priced, especially once you consider that they have to deal with the city of Vernon(that’s another rant though). The main issue is the service is plain crap. The staff and management do not respond well to a rush, which seems to be every time I place an order, either in person or phone it ahead. Too often are there ridiculously long waits, as well as uneven cook times. For example, I might order a teriyaki bowl for my coworker, and a burger for myself, and my burger will come out 10 minutes before the teriyaki bowl. As a result, my burger and fries will be cold by the time I eat it. Also, just as frustrating, when they finish an order, they’ll let it sit there for up to 10 minutes before attempting to find out who it belongs to. On two occasions I’ve seen food sitting there and had to inquire if it was mine. Quite honestly I wouldn’t eat here anymore if my partners at the office didn’t enjoy it so much. If one of them wants Enzo I tell them to order and pick it up. Let them deal with the aggravation.

The Enzo burger is sooo good. I love the juciness of the meat – TASTY. I ate the fries with the sriracha-ketchup, my favorite. … While you are waiting for your order, you can watch the Food Network to get hungrier and maybe distract you(but not from your grumbling tummy). It made my time fly fast. The staff is great and friendly. I’ll be trying the rest of the menu one yumminess at a time. Checkkk it out.

I have worked in Vernon for 10 yrs. there are few good places to eat and the ones that are good I have been eating for ten yrs. I am always excited to see a new place. I tried Enzo out the other day and it was awesome!!! The food was so fresh and delicious. I got the Enzo burger and it was one of the best burgers I have had. I would put it on caliber with umami burger except it was bigger, cheaper, and came with fries! I will be a frequent visitor!

I went there for the first time today. Recently found out that it is the same owner/chef at Rae G Café next door. Menu looks interesting with gourmet burgers and also asian items(teriyaki bowls, salads and sushi). Ordered the grilled salmon salad which is served with miso soup. The soup never showed up. So I had to l remind them by walking back to the register… The soup finally showed up with the salad, too late at that point. The salad was whole size but it seemed smaller compared to RaeG’s portions. Overall super greasy salmon on top of mixed greens, okay-taste. Service: fail. Might give them one more chance after some time later.

The first time I ate at Enzo’s, I ordered one of the Enzo Rolls, pricey at 9.95, but the combination of ingredients just sounds so good. It was«dancing in my seat good». I came back and brought a coworker, still pricey, same slow service, and food just good not great. Today I ordered the Dorrie in the Closest. Tuna, Avocado, Salmon, Mango and Eel over Tempura Shrimp roll. Sound great right!!! I had to rushed back to work, because even thought it was 11:20AM and I was the only person in the place it still took 10 minutes. I’m thinking it must be the tempura shrimp that is holding him up, And by him I mean the head chef and owner. Well I got to work, so hungry I take the first bite. Meh, not the«Oh My Gosh this is so good» feeling I got the first time, but I was so hungry, so I take the next piece. What do I notice No tuna and no mango on top and and no tempura shrimp in the middle … instead there was Fake Krab(What The Heck!!!). I never order fake Krab, it defeats the purpose of ordering sushi rolls in the first place. Disappointed I finish my lunch. Later, I call the restaurant, to let them know they gave me the wrong order. I could hear the girl talking to the owner, asking him what in is the Dorrie in the Closet roll.(BTW your menu is a good place to find that out.) She told the owner I said the roll had no tuna, shrimp or mango. He told her they changed it. no more mango. Hello?!? what about the missing tuna and tempura shrimp and FAKEKRAB. The menu wasn’t updated to reflect a change and when I ordered it, no one let me know it was going to be missing a few of the main ingredients. That’s like ordering a turkey and bacon club sandwich … surprise minus the turkey and bacon replaced with cheap bologna in their place. I said I paid for what was listed on the menu. He said had I not eaten it, I could have brought it back for a new one.(Yeah like I had another 30 minutes to spare.) I told him, he should replace it with the right one. He said no. I said«Well, you’ve lost my business and the catering orders I would have brought with me». He told the girl to hang up on me. CLICK Enoz Chef/Owner, I was an unhappy customer, I wasn’t asking for my money back I was asking you to correct your mistake, to honor your advertising. What would it have cost you, maybe 2 bucks in food cost to keep this customer happy and coming back? Well Enoz Chef/Owner … you’re poor business practices and sneaky switching of good food worth paying for, for overpriced cheap fake food worthy of a cheap Asian buffet earned you my very first Unilocal review.
