It’s a subway… The staff was friendly but the girl who made my sub was skimpy on veggies

What can I say… it’s a Subway, and it meets my expectations for one. The people at this one have always been nice, the bread and ingredients always seems reasonably fresh, and the place seems to generally be really clean. The workers have all been to the same Subway School that keeps the quantity of meat at «just barely enough», so it’s not one of those elusive rebel Subway”, but if you need a quick bite and are in the area, it’s what you’d expect. If you want a better sandwich(for a little more), try Papa T’s off of Exit 68, which is actually next to another Subway.

I am a Subway fan but don’t eat it often b/c I prefer other sandwich shops near me. However, when I am traveling and looking for something relatively healthy, I often turn to Subway. That was the case this past week when driving back to NYC from NY. Matt and I were looking for something quick and tasty as we were driving, so Matt used his budding psychic abilities to predict we’d stumble upon something tasty in 6.2 miles. Well, low and behold, 6.2 miles later, we see an exit with a sign for Subway. So how was the experience? Well, usually, for me, Subway is just Subway, but this particular location was one first-rate Subway. Seriously. The restaurant was clean, new-looking, and inviting, and the staff was very friendly and personable. What more could you ask for at a Subway, right? :)
