Tried Sassy Nails out after trying a few other nail places around the area after moving here in the last 6 months… Went in on a Saturday — had no wait and was in and out in under two hours for a gel fill and pedicure. I am in love with the shape and color of my nails and will definitely be going back! Loni was my nail tech and both her and the woman who did my pedicure were very friendly.

My gosh I’ve been coming here for years and can’t believe I’ve never thought to rate them! I first met the owner Lani and her sister Van over a decade ago. When I come to the salon I feel welcomed like family. They are very diligent, timely, creative, and professional. I drive 30 minutes to see them religiously every 2 weeks! They always accommodate me even when I call last minute! I always recommend them to anyone that asks for a great nail salon! They even did a manicure event at my workplace for employee appreciation day last year! Let’s just say it was a hit!

I have been going to Sassy nails since the week it opened 9 years ago and it’s truly awesome. I have been to many places over the years and this is by far the best! I go to Lani but I have also gone to the other girls as well and they are all equally as wonderful. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience here.

Every time I get my nails done I look forward to going to Sassys. They have great service and prices. And they always are so friendly and personable! If you are worried about a wait, simply call ahead and make an appointment. I won’t go anywhere else!

Absolutely the worst place. I sat waiting patiently for 20 mins and no one even asked me what I wanted. Another lady walked in and wait for 10 mins and they served her before me. Neither of us had appointments. They should close. I recommend NO ONE go there. Go next door. They are awesome!

Went in to get my shellac redone. The manicurists seemed more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to what they were doing. She took over and hour to do my shellac and a manicure. 4 days later all of my nail had chipped. I called and they said to come in and they would fix them for free. When I went in the lady’s excuse for them chipping was because my nails were thin… mind you my nails were 100 times worse when I had originally gotten them shellaced at a different salon. And I made those last with no chips for over 3 weeks. Anyways I did go back to get them fixed and it took the same girl 15 minutes to do my nails. Needless to say the very next day a huge chunk of the shellac came off. So mad!!! Never again!!! Horrible service

If there was a negative star option I would give it. I had a terrible pedicure experience here but unfortunately I decided to give it another try and get a fill on my acrylics. The smell when you walk in is breath taking, I felt like I could taste the chemicals. It was freezing inside and they literally used a vacuum cleaner to suck the acrylic dust off my hands… I don’t know how they stay open. You don’t need a license in the state of CT to do nails or own a nail salon and the state rarely checks in on nail salons to see if they are clean.
