My husband and I came to this mall in search of new running shoes, this was the only store with extremely helpful staff member named Alex, he was always there right as I was looking for a specific shoes/​size. He was Great at anticipating my needs as a customer and then when the shoe I decided on was no longer available in my size in store, he ordered it for me, to be shipped to my home address!!:) Amazing Customer Service from ALEX!

My son was looking for basketball shoes. They didn’t have any shoes in his size. The store was busy but with only two employees working. One stayed on the phone so left only one person to help. Will not rule this place out when looking for shoes.
