I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé here. Hope and June were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. My fiancé was beyond thrilled with her ring. Their price was very competitive and very fair. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Rogers and Hollands!!!

I have never seen people change faces that fast. They smiles to you when you walk in the store. They are nice to you when they are trying to sell to you. They are cold to you after you paid. Their faces are so long when you try to return. I have all that in just couple days. Good luck to your experience if you are not buying $$$$$ in this store.

Great custom made rings! My fiancé and I wanted to order a custom made engagement ring and most other companies were going to charge us significantly more. Zales would have charged us over three times as much and Michael Hill was going to charge us twice as much as Rogers and Hollands. Kay came close but they were still about $ 500 more expensive. We gave them pictures of what we wanted and some drawings that I sketched…2 weeks later they had a wax mold made. they got the ring spot on. We approved the final design and in no time I had my ring on my finger. Their work and attention to detail is wonderful! We are very pleased with the final engagement ring and we will come back to order the wedding bands. We are going to get a custom made shadow wedding band to fit the design of the custom made engagement ring. We highly recommend Rogers & Hollands in Vernon Hills!!!

I have been buying my jewelry at Rogers and Holland’s for about 10 years now. After seeing many managers come and go … They finally got it right ! Hope is the new store manager and since she has token over my husband and I have been buying everything we think we want … From custom jewelry and upgrades. Her knowledge of diamonds and customer service makes every purchase we made perfect and fun. We will definitely be back :)
