Karl came out to change my lock in my new home. He made an effort to arrive when it was convenient for me. He is very professional, and he explained in depth how my new lock worked. I thought he was reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this locksmith.

Kar Locks staff is always helpful on the phone. They helped us re key our new unit when we expanded our business. The are also quick to come help when we had a lockout. Today they answered some questions about a mortise lock that was loose to help me maintain something myself even though they didn’t get a service call by doing so. What great customer service. Very knowledgeable and super easy to do business with.

We bought a bank owned home yesterday. And didn’t get all the keys. Carl was out the same day and had an opening at the same time our cable guy was coming. This was great news since we only gave him a 2 hour warning. He was prompt, friendly and quick. I’ve always gone here when i’ve needed duplicates of mailbox keys and house keys for my family and friends. I very much recomend going to see Carl and his prices are a good value.
